Looks like the reviews are getting so bad they started to have friends and family post on here. Funny how they have 5 star reviews out of knowhere. Funny thing is is that their sitser apartmetns have the same roach infestiation. A class action lawsuit is being discuesd This place is absolutely disgusting. If the people that worked in the office lived here they would have the same complaints. There is a ROACH INFESTATION here. Its not a small problem its a huge problem that does not get addressed by sending in someone to spray here and there. Its gotten so bad beucase of the lack of urgency to adress this situatuin. Instead of worrying about partking spaces fix the living condionts of the residents that pay to live here. When you walk in the office you get eye rolls and attitude, if you do not like your job get a new one, but you are here to serve the residents that live here.The manager kept our deposit even though they failed to address the issues we had in our apt. On multiple occasions/times per month they would leave 24hr notices which is the bare minimum of time they need to tell you they will be entering to spray for roaches because of the infestation and the multiple maintenance people that lived/work here did nothing and just turned a blind eye.

Very unprofessional, no one answer the phone lack of communication on their end. I was going to apply for an apartment. The party I was going to rent it with was asked to provide additional income verification. I was sent an email on Friday, June 14th, to fill out the application. Then, provide work verification. Seeing that it occurred over the weekend, I was not given enough time to provide the information that they were requesting. This place is very poorly managed. I would never refer anyone to this place.

My car got broken into 2x they broke my glass 2x , and the bottom part of the steering wheel. My guests car got broken into in front of my own apartment.

Don't move in here, something is always going wrong, they are always shutting something off. When I first moved in they gave me the keys and about a week later I had a note saying I was late on rent and they'd charge me extra? Why would they give me keys if I didn't pay to move in? Anyways throughout living there, the front gate was always broken so bums were always inside the gates, so much so my passenger car window was broken, and if it wasn't bums, during the windy season, they didn't keep up with landscaping so branches that we could tell where about to fall, would and scratched up/ dented cars. All this and not even mentioning the bugs, dog poop, walls so thin you hear everyone's business, or even the fact that I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in and was still charged 120 for "cleaning" ok.

I came in looking for an apartment, although I did not go with the unit the management was amazing! They were super helpful and very fast. The application process was very easy and quick. They also told me to look into their sister properties.

before you lease your apartment be sure to look at everything and take pictures, inspect EVERY little detail !!! because it might come bite you later. came home from work decided to take a little nap on my brand new bed just so i have some energy for later, next thing you know I ended up waking up out of my nap to bites on my body had me thinking it was just mosquitoes because it was hot, but no i decided to take a look at my bed frame and it was infested with bed bugs from the dirty ass carpet I bet they didn't clean before deciding to lease the apartment to an individual, I knew the same day i walked into the apartment to tour it i had a iffy feeling due to the smelling aroma, the dead bugs, & cheap interior but I didn't pay it no mind because she made it seem like she was gonna have everything resolved before i moved in, she mentioned it has been vacant & would fix any iusses like replaceing the sink with a new one, a month later no new sink, water cut off almost every other week always have some type of maintenance going on, most outlets don't work & unexpected issues like the shitty ass fucking laundry room that haven't been cleaned or had any mechanical things fixed like the dryer not drying clothes even after drying it multiple times. have so much more to say but I rather not put my energy into this bullshit.

Lived there for about 3 years, throughout the three years I had to live there had to live with roach infestation, cars constantly getting broken into homeless and crackheads/tweaks constantly Roaming the grounds all night long going through dumpsters walking between cars. I've seen multiple homeless people jump in the pool fence and bathe in the pool and wash the clothes in the pool jump back over fence and walk away. The pool was closed for the whole summer at one point. I lived in a roach infested, moldy ceiling apartment. I asked management multiple times to come repair my leaking shower, maintenance came said he was going to run to Ace Hardware and get a part and never came back, I had to constantly email and call them in the office sending multiple emails at a time and no response or they would say maintenance will be coming and they never show. It took them six months to come fix it after my bathroom ceiling became molded. They told me to just clean it with bleach every once in a while, At the time I had a two month old baby in the apartment. The female manager is extremely rude she only tries to save her own ass doesn't wanna help nobody in the complex every time there's a complaint she acts like it's not her problem and just tells you if you don't like it put your 30 days in and move out. Heard there's a lot of management sleeping with other residents/ maintenance in the complex. They change keys for common areas and don't notify anyone until you have to take your self up to the main office and ask for them. When I moved in I wasn't even able to do a walk-through of the apartment.All in all I wouldn't recommend living here all they do is take your money and make excuses. Just avoid living here in general.

Do not move in this apartment if you have a standard. We have not had working heat since we moved in December 16th it is now March 29th we have called every month and have not received any help. There is dog feces everywhere I have not seen one tenant with the poop bag. My husband and I and our son are in school so I can't fuss all day everyday about the situation I'm trying to make myself economy current so that I don't have to feel like I deserve this type of treatment based on what I cannot afford I am really hurt right now I can't put it any other way.

Worst apartment complex ever. Paid 1100 a month for a one bedroom. I killed at least four cockroaches every single day. My apartment was sprayed by an exterminator at least 10 times and it did absolutely nothing to the cockroaches. The apartment complex has trash everywhere, it's advertised as gated but they leave the back gate open for days at a time and randomly close it with no warning. The leasing office ladies are rude and ignore emails for weeks at a time and I have to send 5 emails to get a short response. They don't know what their maintenance/exterminator people are doing and they argued to me that people were coming to fix things in my apartment when nobody came by ever. They argued to me about my cockroach infested apartment saying it wasn't (why wouldn't they believe the person who lived in the apartment but they believe the exterminator who DIDNT EVEN COME CHECK MY UNIT) The whole 8 months I lived there my tub dripped even though maintenance fixed it three different times it dripped the next time I turned it on. There are stray cats everywhere and homeless people outside the complex. I've seen people screaming at each other with guns. Puke and so so so much dog poop on the grass to where you can't even walk on it. The pool was closed the entire time I lived there and the bbqs by the laundry room don't work and are covered in spider webs. My front door never fully clicked shut and I could see the light from outside where cockroaches could easily come in. There's not enough parking for residents. Some residents let their dogs freely roam the compelx and they would try and attack my dog and wait outside my front door to get to my dog.

pfff, what can i say about this shitty ass apt complex... the two managers here always look glamourous as if thier going to some party, they suck at managing anything. Their so rude they have no consideration about anyone. Everything here is so inconsistant, i pay close to $1000 for a broken down roach infested studio apt. oh btw the parking lot gets full later in the night so good luck with finding a spot or you'll get towed and when you call about it their assholes to you. so yea fuck this place fuck the two bitches that work in management fuck the maintance guy that doesnt even know how to properly fix anything. DONT LIVE HERE!
