I will preface this review by saying that before Crossfit Valley springs I had never been to CF and was super judgmental about the whole thing. I walked past CF Valley Springs while my truck was getting worked on, and I've been going 5 days a week ever since. It's the best workout I've ever had, every day it changes so you never get bored. The owners and coaches are amazing and I am enjoying being a part of the community.

I've been going to this CrossFit gym since January and I love it!!! Over the course of 6 months I've lost over 40 pounds, but have gained so much more. The coaches modify each work out if you aren't able to do any certain type of movement. I believe it's a better workout I will ever get from going to a regular gym. I have gotten stronger and more confident in the workouts from when I started. Looking for a place to work out I suggest you check out CrossFit Demolition great place, great people, and great workouts.

I joined this gym in 2021 and am so happy I did. I was intimidated to try a Crossfit style workout but the owners/coaches were great about easing me into moves and lifts I was unfamiliar with, scaling back the weights, and allowing me to progress at my own speed! I am loving it!

Dropped in for a day pass while in town visiting family. Owners are very nice and friendly. Couldn't be more welcoming for a guest. The gym is great and has all the equipment you could ever want. I do powerlifting and was able to do my workout no problem.

I have been a member here for 2.5 to 3 years now. I love this gym! Before crossfit I was very thin with no muscles and absolutely no weight lifting experience. A friend of mine convinced me to try crossfit. I finally did it after always hearing about everything she can do (pull-ups, deadlifts, etc.) and she has an amazing physique. Once I tried it, I fell in love with exercise. I have no expectations of ever quitting crossfit. In the beginning I had to modify everything and that was great to have that option. Now I am able to do almost all of the movements without modifying, however there are still some things that I am learning and working on improving at. Crossfit is deffinately great for all fitness levels and different body types. If you have read the review from Mike T., just disregard that. I have been a long time member here and I have no recollection of that person. He also has no idea what he is talking about. I have been to many different crossfit gyms in California and other states as well and Crossfit Valley Springs is definitely my home gym. The owners are very involved and wonderful. Everyone is a great coach and all of the members are like family. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Overtime I have seen many people lose weight and improve their physical fitness. I personally have brought several friends to this gym and they have all loved it and are still members. Just give it a try. You have nothing left to lose except weight and low self esteem. :) Just remember that if you cheat, you are only cheating yourself, Just like Mike T.

I was disappointed by this place. I had heard such great things like "got swoll here","get big or get small and die", "meat, meat, muscle feet". Everybody loved it. So I went with some friends. Within the first 15 minutes my body fat actually increase by 7%. After the first hour my cholesterol spiked to highs I had never experienced. After 2 weeks working out here I became diabetic. Avoid this place. Their Moto "if you don't like your body then you must be one of our lifetime members. Meat, meat, we give you blubber!" .
