Irma's Corner Quality Alterations

Irma is the best!I brought in a lolita dress, which is a fashion style with intricate designs and Victorian style clothing. She looked at my broken zipper and told me two choices. Either she'll fix the invisible zipper for 15, or if it doesn't work she'll replace it for 40.She easily could have replaced the zipper and charged me more. She didn't though. I got my dress back in perfect condition and only spent the 15. That kind of integrity can be hard to find, so I appreciate Irma for that.Not only that, but she showed me her tools she used to sew the zippers with once I told her I liked to sew myself. I thought that was so nice and made my experience pleasant.All in all, give her a try. She knows what she's doing!

Fantastic experience with Irma. I went to her in June to get some of my evening gowns fixed for my son's wedding that was somewhat sudden. She did an awesome job getting them fixed and ready for me and I wore them for the wedding and the reception! I will ho back to her anytime I will need any tailoring done as she's very knowledgeable and knows what to do and gives good suggestions! Thank you Irma.

Irma did an amazing hem and other adjustments to my dress! I thought I only needed a hem, but immediately realized I was working with a professional when she started working at the shoulders. And she was able to get the job done in one week!

Irma was wonderful. Very helpful and always sweet and professional. She was able to take an oversized Harley Davidson Shirt and make fit perfectly. She took of my work pants and gave them a great hem and taper. If you something done right, than go there.

Needed a satin dress altered for a Black Tie event. Floor length gown needed to be taken up quite a bit (I'm not very tall). I was worried because it was prom season and I knew how busy Irma was. But she got it done in 3 days! It turned out beautifully! Best part is that she is friendly, professional, and does excellent work.

Irma does a wonderful job at my alterations. She has always been very easy to work with regarding coming in to have the measurements done, and scheduling when I can pick up. Pricing is also very fair. Will continue to come back!

Irma and her team are amazing. The work is outstanding my daughters prom dress turned out perfect the tailoring was so professional.. very courteous and professional cares about their clients safe environment. Don't forget to bring your mask.

She did a great job on my sari blouse! I was really hesitant because it's about 15-20 years old and my grandmothers, on top of it being for a special event and she did great!

I really wanted to come in for alterations because of the great reviews here on Yelp. So I called the store early to inquire regarding alterations and the lady asked when do I need it. Told her in 2 weeks or by the first week of February. She then told me she needs to see the dress first so I came in to the store that afternoon. I don't know but I got a feeling that she was bit annoyed or did not want to assist us. She said she was gonna go on vacation and will not get the dress done till Feb 14. I am just disappointed coz all of this could have been communicated when I called in that morning. If only she had told me that she wont be able to do the alterations because she'll be on vacation then I would not waste my time to come in that afternoon. Good thing there was another alteration store across the street.

Irma was very honest and helpful. She altered my and my grand daughter's dress for my daughter's wedding. She let me know she probably wouldn't be able to do my daughter's wedding dress in the short time frame we had since it needed to be completely altered down in size. She did an amazing job on our dresses, price was fair and on time. Will be going back for all my alteration needs.
