Very rude and bad employee's in back.very loud bumping music,racial against people that don't speak spanish( not at front desk)last visit I asked employee in back where's a certain truck,he said he doesn't speak English,walking away he said mentedoso pinche wedos,that passed me off so I just walked out.front desk is nice people generally. Priced fare,if you can pull the parts dealing with that loud bumping music in back.told front desk of incident and the loud blaring music.but my cousin said in back they are still buttheads if asked anything and still loud music like a party house.very unprofessional in back area,also said one guys in back was more on cellphone than working.but I recommend just dealing with front desk only.good folks in front area

Everyone was really nice and helpful, wasn't able to find my parts but the staff made it a great first time experience.

went for some parts. Went well. It's super chill. Employees are ok. Had a good time. Lots of good parts left on the cars I have. So will be back again.

Started strong. I went there shortly after grand opening. Friendly staff, small yard, but everything was clean and new. The manager was on duty, he was attainable for questions and happy to help. That was visit#1.Visit #2 was half off tailgates, and the tailgate has fees. First, you are taxed at double what you are paying for the item (regular price) and the environment fees are calculated the same way! All in all, the prices are deceiving. You can't go and expect to pay what you find online for prices. To be safe, add 20% or sometimes more. (Half price days)Visit #3 was today, and it was the worst. I returned an item, they kept the environmental fee, and refused to refund CASH! I paid with debit, not credit. Debit is the same as cash, but the kid behind the counter wasn't listening. He was rude from the start when I asked about returning the core from the tailgate which he refused. I had the date, price etc...not the receipt however. He said that they don't track purchases, but they have a rewards program that I used every time I made a purchase. Go figure. Needless to say, I didn't stay to get the dashboard parts I needed, and I won't be returning.Overall the place is fairly clean, but small and priced the same as their direct competitor. Their parking lot is very small, and half is taken up by their incoming junk cars. This place went south quick. I do not recommend wasting your time.The advertising is full of gimmicks and they do not always honor them. It depends who you get.

Stopped in early in the day to look for a part since I was in the areaWent home, grabbed my tools to come back clearly on the door and online it says they're open until six last entry at 5:30 showed up at 5 o'clock and they're closed because the heat nothing online, but still answering their phones An hour and a half in fuel and my truck is not cheap. This is not cool. Don't trust the hours they have posted.

They had everything I needed and the employees at this location are super nice. And I'll take the return and I should give you money back not store credit

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire living life I'm completely baffled at how this place of business hasn't been shut down dour to the unprofessional they obviously have an issue with. My experience here was nightmarish and if I could give this I pull u pull a negative zero I wouldn't hesitate. What makes matter worse the manager is a part of the problem so I expect what happened to me and my girlfriend will definitely happen to other. Ladies & Gentlemen DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE toxic!

It was my first time to a Pick and Pull and while I knew what I was looking for, I had no idea how this process went or what I was going to need to get the part. The lady who checked me in was super patient and helpful. She explained everything to me in detail and was so nice. She got me set up with an account and explained regular promotions they have. I got my ticket and headed out to grab my part. It was easy to navigate the yard and I was able to grab what I needed quickly. It was so inexpensive and easy! While I don't hope anything else is needed for my car, IF I do need something, I'll definitely be back.

0 stars!!!! I'm giving this place 0 stars. I bought 2 used tires yesterday, tried to mount them and they do not hold air. 1 had a hole in the sidewall and the other went flat by the morning. They were bad tires and the sales rep was not willing to do anything to compensate. On top of that she was rude from the beginning and ended it with a "sorry about your luck" I will never shop here again and I'll be sure my friends do not either.

So on 8-31-19 I went to this place to buy a engine. They have a thing were you pay for them to take the part out for and you jus go pick it up. So I payed $467 for the part and to get the part removed. They told me that they'll will get the part on Tuesday. So that's where everything went wrong. If they would've told me that from the beginning I would've never payed for it on Saturday. So after I payed they said that they couldn't take the part out because they had a 3 day sale going on. So today 9-03-19 I went to see if they had pulled I payed for. They tell me that they had sold the engine i payed for that same day. Totally unprofessional will never go here again. Think I'll stick to buying engine online or LKQ
