I called to inquire about the big hall left multiple messages. I finally got a call back and right off the bat I got bad vibes from the lady who rents the hall. She had a bad tone. I asked about the hall rental prices and asked first when I was planning my event and I told her it was for February 2025 and she told me the calendar wasn't out yet but then she said it was booked for February 2025 and my next available would be March 25 2025. But I don't understand if the calendar is not out how is it booked. The price was also 5k plus 1500 deposit which gives you 3 days but I didn't need 3 days only I only needed 1 day, I'm not paying 5k for 1 day. She seemed like she didn't want to help and was discouraging me from booking.

We rented the big hall for our wedding event and the hall was a perfect fit. The chandelliers are what makes the big hall very special. The location, the space, the amenities provided with the hall were all in perfect working condition and available. The owners are very friendly and very straight forward. It was an amazing experience to have met the owners of the ball room and they were very professional with us all the time. Every time we had a question or concern, it was addressed immediately and politly. The price for the rental is not overwelming at all. It is between budget. Thank you IPFES team for making our wedding even so special.

Just returned from my Service Awards Dinner for work from this hall. Very nice facilities, classy and well done! Bathrooms were nice and tidy which is a definite plus especially for a hall. I am not too sure on the pricing of the hall but I heard it wasn't too cheap. It is likely worth it though if you are looking for a place to have a reception or dinner!

I completely disagreed, I gave her the room cleaner than she gave it to me and she deducted $450 from me. That floor was horrible and she charged me $300 for damage to the floor. I think she is a very unfair person and would never rent that room again. Plus it took almost two months to give me my deposit check, and she deducted $450 from me.

Hall is very nice for a big Party . Heads up when you are cleaning make sure you hire a professional cleaning crew and make sure you have proofs of the color of your decorations because they will charge you for decoration left by the other event going on on the hall next door and make sure you as well take pictures of the trash outside . Because they will try to ding you for that too. my best advice is don"t clean and just pick up your stuff and they will find a thousand reasons no to give you back your full refund and the manager lady will always say I'm just the messenger and when you talk to her she gets very offended . Ohhh and the ice maker that they have is out of order .

the hall is always very ncie and clean. Yes, sometimes disorganized, but kind..that counts for something!. And to all the people that say, the Portuguese are not white...they are uneducated buffoons. Portuguese are of European descent as are most,"white people" so get it straight or DON'T comment at all! thank you!!!!-Portuguese history is on the NET- educate yourselves..I even hear Portuguese youth say they are not white because that is what people tell them...again EDUCATE yourselves...Knowledge is power!

I had my wedding in the big hall. The hall itself is nice but management is not very professional or knowledgeable on how to run a business. When you first consider this location, I would suggest you ask about a walk through prior to your event. Apparently management does NOT do walk through prior to any event they do although clients are required to pay a $500 deposit when signing the contract. I was not aware that we did not do a walk thru the night prior to my wedding. My coordinator was fully prepared to take time from setting up to do the walk thru but instead the house the director, who lives fairly close to the hall came over to complain about my attitude instead perform proper business etiquette. I did hand up on her because I had been in contact with her all week about licenses and clean up fees and she chose 15mins before my coordinator was to receive the keys to call me and tell me.... with loads of attitude, "I am not giving you the keys until I get a contract from the security company.." It doesn't state on the contract that a security contract needs to be present, it states security needs to be present is there is a 150 guest anticipation which really wasn't a problem at all anyway since we were having security regardless but we did not purchase our certified security. My brother is a ceritfied security guard and he had some co workers willing to do the wedding at no cost. Now even so, getting a contract together wouldn't have been a problem if this unprofressional ignorant lady didn't wait until the day prior, no....15mins prior to us getting the keys so Yes.. ultimately I just hung up on her because she was giving me attitude like I was an inconvenience to her and I was just pissed at the fact that I had already paid her $2250.00 and had to deal with her unorganization and attitude. So as i said, she never did a walk thru which i was not aware of so come 2:30am the night after my wedding when Lisa calls me to tell me that there is a huge scratch on the floor, I asked her if they did the walk thru and she said "NO i dont do walk thrus but i will see what i can do about buffing them out, but it might have to come out your deposit". I was pretty upset because I didnt want to lose out on my deposit after i spent my wedding night cleaning up because I refused to give her anymore of my money, $250 for a cleaning fee (which she stated after the fact ti had to deal with this scratch that this was a discounted prices she was giving me on the cleaning fee and to which i couldnt verify that because there was no documentation or anything written out regarding that LOL). I wasnt sure that we had left the scratches and seeing how she scheduled back to back events in one week, doesn't do walk thrus and seeing how unorganized she was, i wasn't going to take her word for it that we left the scratches and even if were on our end which we called the band and dj, all of which rolled their equipment to its location in the hall... I wasn't going to take the blame for something she should have confirmed wasn't their in the first place along with my coordinator or my husband who were both at the hall the day before the wedding. I contacted a lawyer and nearly a month after my wedding we received our deposit in full and the Board Director Peter was quite surprised by the fact his house director was not doing Walk thrus as required by law. So yeah this lady is trip to think people are supposed to just take her word for it when she doesnt even have all her ducks in line when it comes to running a business.
