iParts and Phone Repairs

Due to hubby forgetting his phone on the car bumper, phone flew and ended up getting a crack screen. Brought it here and waalah!!! Good as new. Brought it in the morning and was done by the mid afternoon. If you need your phone fixed, come here. Awesome fast work.

Called about a cracked screen on my iPhone SE 2nd Gen yesterday early afternoon, brought it in a little while later, repair was done well within the time frame they specified. They sent out texts saying the repair was in progress and when it was done. Good thing my MacBooks pros are working fine, thats where I checked about the repair status. Noticed muffled sound last night before their closing time, they said bring it in today (yes they're open Saturdays) and turns out they had put a screen protector on top of the screen they installed and it was blocking my speaker. They took it off, have been talking on it today since I went in and seems to be working fine.

Wasn't told about $39 non-refundable diagnostic fee until I arrived at location. When repair estimate increased from $75 to $160, I cut my losses and left. There are better options out there.

I'm constantly amazed by this place. When I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro due to a charging port issue, Zack, one of the technicians, quickly solved the problem by removing some excess pocket lint with a pair of tweezers. It was such a simple fix! What's truly astonishing is that they didn't attempt to overcharge me or take advantage of their customers, unlike some other shops might have done.I've been a loyal customer since this store first opened, and I've never encountered any issues. What truly sets this business apart is their INTEGRITY. I am sincerely grateful for that, and I will wholeheartedly recommend this business for electronic repairs. Thank you!

This was my first time using this shop. I dropped my iPhone and my screen stopped working properly. I called the shop talked to Zachary. He told me the price over the phone and invited me to just drop off my phone. I dropped off my phone. Zachary was there. He said it would take 60-90 minutes. I checked in after an hour, he checked and they let me know if would be 5-10 minutes more. I went back after another 20 minutes. My phone was ready. I checked my phone. Everything was working perfectly! The screen was fixed and my phone is working again! Zachary was very professional, communicated well and did a good job with a "customer under distress". Price was a agreed. I am very happy to get my phone back and working. Thank you!

One of the most awesome local shops for legitimately any computer or phone repairs! Came in with my Mac, got a full breakdown of what repairs were available; even helped me with a completely unrelated side project for free !!! Come here for honest and professional help.

After a different business failed my tablet and me, I took it here to get repaired. They were very candid about the time needed about the repair but I appreciated the straightforwardness and honesty. This business has integrity which is getting somewhat harder to find as time goes on. I plan on returning if I need future electronic repairs!

My phone finally gave up on me after dropping it 20x lol. Customer service here is superb! They use high end OLED not the cheap LCD screen I got last time from Walmart. My phone works and looks just as New! And amazing service! It was done in less than 30minutes. Thank you! Will surely recommend this business!
