Had a great time. Plenty of booths to visit and enjoy. Enjoyed the RV display. The boat display could have been bigger. The food court seem to be busy with plenty to choose from (we don't eat there). Parking was ten bucks and easy access in and out. They took current military discounts but not retired military discounts. Enjoyed the fly fishing activities with casting and tying flies. Overall we will be back next year.

The International Sportsman's Expo came back this year in Cal Expo, Sacramento. It is not as big as before and has fewer vendors. But this is what should be expected when Covid is still around. I've appreciated so many vendors still working very hard to create a great weekend event. The parking is $10, and the general admission is $16 at the gate. Not bad for events like this. Even some of the vendors have closed their booths early or no show at all for any reason. I think it would be related to the recent Covid surge. They do require proof of vaccinations or negative test results for Covid required by the state as any sports or events in California. Facemasks are also required at an indoor location. However, 90% of the vendors or visitors don't wear it. The vendors are very attentive. So many boats, sports vehicles, RVs, and many hunting and fishing equipment at the event. I'm very much enjoyed the International Sportsman's Expo this year, and thank you to the hard-working people who made it happen!

Sacramento show requires vax proof and or negative test. The number of vendors is not what it has been in the years past. Dont waste your time..

Be aware vendors/exhibitors, Mike Morland is a fraudulent sales person, the SLC UT 2019 show has lots of empty spaces and I was wondering about it, until I realized lots of vendors don't want to deal with this type of MALPRACTICE.

My husband and I came here on the first day, a Thursday. I haven't been to one of these in years. I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of outfitters from all over the western globe. I almost bought a new kayak and will definitely be looking into a solar generator and a different metal detector. My husband and I originally went to look at fishing gear. Neither one of us has fished in 20 years, and we think it's time to do it again.I was disappointed with the lack of vendors for the less expensive items like knives, gun accessories, camping gear, etc. There were a few of those booths, just not as many as I remember. Still, the demonstrations were informative and there was a lot to look at. I'd go back next year.

Terrible show and turn out of vendors. Only 2 buildings, a few boats outside, worst recreation show I have ever been to. I drove 5 hours to attend, saw all there was to see in 1 1/2 hours, twice! Total rip Off!!! Never again Sacramento, you should be ashamed!

Glad they didn't have covid restrictions and the entry price is reasonable however they crammed all vendors, boats and exhibits into just 2 buildings. This made it so crowded people were having a hard time just walking through and almost impossible to actually see anything. Food and drinks are so overpriced your better off having a nice meal first. Most vendors didn't interact well with customers it was hard to find help with merchandise. My review is overpriced and undermanaged

What Kim b said, aholes stuffed everyone in two buildings, could not even walk around, I'm sure vendors missed out on a lot of business, due to not being able to WALK around! No more for me! Edit: the sportsmen expo geniuses decided to create the most super spreader event ever! Who's ideal was it pack all these people into two buildings, hope the Vid stayed home, idiots.
