These guys are great, Kylie is super knowledgeable and always in a "happy to help" mood - both John's are great to deal with and talk to, they both know a lot about guns but also everything that has to do with firearms and firearm safety - I can't tell you how much I have spent here and will continue to go back here for not just the guns but also the atmosphere they create, it's an awesome and friendly shop with good neighbors happy to help in any way they canIntegrity is by far my favorite gun store, and maybe my favorite place in town

Best place in Lodi to buy firearms. John, John and Aaron are always super helpful, Harry is full of useful knowledge on older firearms and Ron is great with competition shooting. Always a good spot to talk shop, buy for cheap and sell/PPT guns.

Never been to a Gun Shop before so I was kinda nervous for the first time and the people are very kind and helpful that I just took out my Firearm certificate and everything was fast and easy todo. I really enjoyed my visit and I recommend it to anyone who is new to it as well. the dealers are above and beyond and see you more than just a customer, gave me a lot of cool interesting information that I had not known before and will definitely keep coming back!

Showed up and was immediately greeted from across the store. The employees are very welcoming, polite, knowledgeable, and super patient. The selection of firearms and customer service is 100% times better than where I recently went to purchase my first pistol (Sportsmans Warehouse in Fairfield). Within 5 minutes being in the shop and haven't even bought anything yet, I asked for a business card. I will definitely make this business my go to! Nothing but professional, top tier, respectful and amazing staff that made my experience nothing short of it being excellent. Thank you staff!

I have been to Integrity Arms Several times and they are the most helpful gun shop I've ever been in. I recently went there to inquire if they had a gunsmith in house. They don't, but one of the team members named Kylie offered to look at my pistol to see if she could troubleshoot the problem herself. She was amazing. She immediately identified the problem; fixed it; and completely solved the problem. she refused to charge me anything. what a great place.

Two things to say about integrity arms. Wonderful customer service and prices that usually beat out other stores including big box stores!
