Inner Balance Medicine

I highly recommend Inner Balance if you are considering acupuncture. I have tried others in our area and they don't compare. I have had acupuncture when I lived in other locations so feel like I am a pretty good judge. In my case I see Amanda and Connie for help with issues related to my oncology treatments. They are both aware of the various treatments I am on and the side effects. I have struggled with issues related to my liver getting inflamed and GI tract disorders, all due to the meds. With their help these issues are under control. On top of the professionalism of Connie and Amanda, there are the office staff, Magenta and Cheryl, who are always on top of scheduling and insurance issues - in my case VA too - and who are a joy to see whenever I have an appointment. Inner Balance is A+.

I have been coming to Inner Balance for over a year now. In all of my visits I have not once been disappointed. All staff are extremely nice and professional. I alternate from seeing Connie and Amanda only because my schedule doesn't have much flexibility. Connie has probably been the one I've had most treatments with and has really been amazing. She takes time to ask questions related to my pain levels, shares exercises and in-home treatments. From time to time I'll request scraping (Gua Shua) which really helps relieve extra tension from my neck and shoulders. They have natural supplements and oils for purchase that really work! One of the big perks is also their online system to book appts, super easy and convenient. Can't say enough about Inner Balance Medicine. Highly recommend!!

My experience here has been amazing. I've been treated by both Connie and Amanda and their so knowledgeable about their craft. And this is the first place that I have done "scraping " !! It has worked beautifully.

Amazing staff- front desk is attentive and friendly, Amanda has been working with me on a treatment plan for an injury I sustained in my shoulder/back/arm and has been very helpful. Knowledgeable and paying attention to all of my problems, setting me on a treatment plan to help my body repair. All staff I've encountered are friendly and kind. The office is very calming and professional. Very clean, quiet and calming. I would definitely recommend Inner Balance for anyone seeking acupuncture!

Oh man. What a hidden gem in the city of Lodi. first encountered Cara in my place of employment I quickly asked her if she had a business card and she politely handed it over. This placed rocked the ambiance of Inner balance was as if you weren't in the city of Lodi. Immediately when you walk in the light yet aromatic smell of sweet lavender honey and jasmine simply relaxes ones mind body and spirit. I was greeted at the front by the wonderful receptionist who instructed me to fill out a couple of forms. So we did. The day of our appointment was my husbands bday so we decided to get the couples massage. My husbands MT was Lily btw. This was my husbands first time getting a 1 hr Swedish massage. I don't think he knew what to expect. Lily explained everything to him and by the time I knew it, he was butta in her hands. I'm glad he got to experience a professional massage vs. the ones at the mall. (Just sayin not knockin anyone down). Any whoot, now that we're totally relaxed we both will be coming back to Inner balance. Not just because it's convenient but because enjoyed our time spent together in the moment of relaxation. I called a week ago and gave insurance information to Magenta. I haven't heard for almost a week so I called back. She couldn't find my information. She asked another person and didn't have my info either. Her excuse- I took it home. Be careful of giving info to this company.

Amanda is an awesome acupuncturist: very detailed, knowledgeable and attentive to your health needs. My daughter began seeing her about a year and a half ago due to her Lyme disease symptoms. Later, I began seeing Amanda because of my back and neck pain. We always leave in less or no pain and in my daughter's case with more energy. I had a bulge ( I believe it was tight muscles ) protruding in my lower back and through her great body work ( acupuncture, cupping, etc.) the swelling came down in no time. Btw, I am not new to acupuncture since I had been to two other clinics in Stockton but Amanda has been the most perceptive and caring.

Professional and clean establishment. They handle your care and customize treatments according to your pain. Acupuncture, oils and cupping therapy available. Appointments are relatively quick to make so you're not waiting in pain.

The acupuncturist who used to work here is gone - he was awesome makes me sad and frustrated - it was hard for me to get authorization through the VA for this care - I can no longer recommend this business - I don't know the other doctors and they were never friendly when I went in for my appointment.
