Great service, great people,been bringing my bass boat here for a couple of years now, they keep my Bass tracker up and running lean. They even sold my old crappie boat if you need service on your outboard this is the place to bring it

I brought my outboard Suzuki motor here for maintenance since there was something wrong with it from the manufacturer. I have brought it here at least half a dozen times and they cannot seem to fix it. In addition, the last time that I brought it (which was an hour drive there and back from my house) the mechanic told me the problem with the motor was that I need to let it warm up. After picking it up I took it to the river to test. In less than 10 minutes it was very obvious that the problem was not fixed. Well that was the surprise of the century! I am done with place don't even bother bringing your boat here for maintenance it is a total waste of time. Not to mention the customer service is terrible and I felt like I was treated with little respect. Do yourself a favor avoid this business at all costs. You're welcome.

Terrible place. Took my boat there incredibly hard for a large boat to even get into their driveway. Made apportionment to take care of the trailer issues I was having. They actually couldn't replace the axles. But ended up having them to replace the manifolds on both engines. They took way longer then promised and gave me the boat back days before fleet week. I put the boat in the water and the linkage on one outdrive was seized up and only did I realize that when I dropped the boat in the water with friends. I call them asking what is up. Dude told me they didn't touch the linkage I told them that's not right because the linkage is connected to the manifold so there is no way not to touch it. Then he said well it worked when the boat left their place 1 day before. Which is BS. Thankfully a local shop had the cable and with some you tube video and all night of work I was able to replace it myself. Because these guys said they couldn't touch for month. I finally got around to properly adjusting the cable because I didn't revers and what I realized is that the reason I didn't have reverse is because they adjusted the throttle cable to meet the seized up outdrive cable because I saw the old mark on the bolt were it usto be. I put the throttle cable to the old mark and readjusted the outdrive cable and both worked perfectly. Also back side of their lot is open and some homeless guy stole a bunch of shit off the boat and they didn't pay for it and credit card back charged didn't work.

Great shop awesome people! I was recently thinking about purchasing a used boat and needed a shop that could do a inspection and let me know what they thought the boat needs or will need to be done in the near future. Frank was very patient and listened to me and was able to explain his answers in a way that I could understand. A couple times he had to explain things 2 different ways. I ended up buying the boat and had Inland do the services they recommended. They always called back. Since I had yet to tow the boat with my truck, the trailer needed longer safety chains to safely tow home. Chains are not something they sale inside. But the mechanics, who were extremely busy, found some chains lying around and helped me get the chains set up. I have not had the boat in the water since the service was complete. But Frank, mechanics and staff made me feel comfortable spending a good amount of money with them.First class in my book. I'll be going back for future services.

Brought our 1994 ski boat in for a new steering system. Since our boat is so old, parts not available to replace the old steering cable. Work was done in record time. Shop very clean, Frank was great to deal with as well as Pete the mechanic. Highly recommend Inland Marine!

These guys are Crooks do not bring anything to these people you will regret it !They switched Motors on me!I brought in a 140 Suzuki two-stroke 92, it came back at 115 Suzuki 2 stroke 95 ! This is a full-blown on Chop Shop!

Brought my Bayliner Capri here for multiple things since I had just purchased it. Everyone was super cool and dropping the boat off was easy. Frank called me with everything that they had found and fixed it all for a fair price. About 2 weeks later I had a problem with the stern drive trim so I called frank first thing Monday morning and he told me to bring it in to look at. I dropped it off at 830 and he called me at 1130 when it was fixed. An un related wiring problem that they fixed for free. Thanks inland marine and frank for your help. I'll be back

They did a fantastic job on our ski boat steering.Got us in quick and had it ready for the weekend at a fair price.Thank You Guys!

Bad communication skills.They broke a part on my boat and then tried to argue that it was probably old and brittle. Offered to pay for half of the replacement part which is a total farce. It was broken by them they should pay whole cost to make it right.Also there was oil in the bilge where they spilled the oil tank oil, and somehow the bracket where the oil tank goes was missing and the bracket was bent. Fixed myselfFrank is a rip off artist!Over $1800.00 for tune up and look for leak on livewell line.

Asked if they sell boats. Said they dont have any. Didnt answer when they were getting more. Didnt bother trying to sell me what few they had. When i asked about them they didnt know anything. Should remove themselves as a boat dealer.
