THANK YOU!I'm a trumpet player with some vintage horns and I trust Ingram and Brauns with my "Babies" My vintage Conn 6A Cornet needed a deep cleaning and some work done on the valves. Ingram and Brauns made my 1955 Conn look beautiful and the valves are silent and fast! The repair people in this shop have extensive professional training and always offer advice on repairs and cost. They are honest, take great pride and do great work. They pay attention to detail and I appreciate how gentle they are with my horns. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. They have always been consistent and efficient. They over-deliver every time.

I bought my first drum set here, years ago. The kit I bought was repossessed from someone else that couldn't finish their payments. These guys, I assumed wanting to help out a 16 year old musician, let me get that drum set for what the previous owner owed. Amazing kit / amazing price! Thanks I&B! YOU ROCK!!

After using another local repair shop to repair an instrument, and it wasn't repaired like they stated and I had to look elsewhere. Someone had recommended Ingram & Brauns Musik Shoppefor future use. Today I picked up the 2nd of many instruments I will be having them do repairs on! The work they do is amazing! Everything is always repaired, as they state, and my instruments always play better than I could have ever imagined! Everyone there is great to work with! Wonderful customer service! We always feel very comfortable and welcome with every visit! Looking forward to many years of working with these great and talented people!

Highly recommend. I just moved back to the area and I brought my sister's clarinet here to be repaired after she dropped it. Very very friendly people and very helpful! Will definitely be back, great prices and super knowledgeable.

This shoppe saved my son's trumpet! We were sold a "less than perfect" trumpet from a different shop, but we didn't realize how bad it was. When the other shop refused to fix it, Ingram & Brauns repaired it and made a customer for life! I'll never go to another shoppe! I recommend everyone give this place a shot and know that they are kind, honest, fair, professional, and doing the best work in the valley!! They went above and beyond to remedy a situation that stemmed from another merchant, there is no replacement for that kind of passion for the trade and integrity these guys have. Recommend 100%!

Took my guitar here to get a basic set-up because I wanted it to get set up properly because their website seemed promising. What I got was horrible, rude, and snobbish advice. He told me to keep adjusting my truss rod until it's loose. Horrible, horrible, horrible advice because I know better than to break my guitar. He even talked down on me to say that my $400 guitar wasn't real because it's not a high end one. Don't know why I kept insisting for them to check my guitar only to have an even higher action that still did not solve the problem. Take your instruments elsewhere because this is NOT the place to be.

My friend and I were shopping for flutes. We went all over town comparing prices and the quality of the instrument. We got a high quality flute at a reasonable price - better price than any other music store in town. The service was excellent as well.
