I moved out May 31,2023 and was charged a cleaning fee of $150 by the director of FPI Management when I left the apartment in good conditions. Why am I held responsible for you guys having to clean when it's mandatory for property owners to clean before new tenants move in? There's nothing main my leasing agreement that states mandatory cleaning fees will be deducted from deposit. Don't rent from here I promise you'll be disappointed here are pictures of how I left my apartment

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!! If your renting already LEAVE!!! Keep your receipts, at all times. People rent has been place on other people accounts per management. Every month it's an issue with your rent. You'll probably have about 5 managers in one year, maintenance is scarce, they all got fired mostly and quit. The regional manager will blame mismanagement on the ones she hire, always promising and saying what she's going to do and never do it. She throws everyone underneath the bus to cover herself. Being here for so long I got to see it all and hear it all. I wish I never found this place. Stay away from fpi management I called to report a maintenance being bullied by managers, they wrote him up stating he was talking for 5 min. I spoke to him first. All corporate said so do you have a maintenance request. They could give a rats ass about how there employees being treated. FPI AND TANEA CAMPBELL ALLEN COULD CARELESS ABOUT EMPLOYEES AND TENANTS.

Compared to where I live now, this place was a okay. Here's the scoop :Pros : responsive staff. Stacey is unappreciated and overworked by her bosses, but since she lives in the premises she knows all. She'll reign in her maintenance workers if they sass one of the tenants. Gated community: yes, the front pedestrian gate is open during the day when the office is open, but trust me when I say Stacey knows when someone is roaming the premises and they don't live there. Consider that a plus.Water/sewer included - enough said.Pedestrian friendly: the community has Safeway, CVS, restaurants, the Troke Public Library, and Lincoln Center within walking distance. Lovely when there are outdoor events at Lincoln Center. Cons: decorative plants (read-weeds) in the back of the property, a-choo for my allergies! Also, barbecuing is allowed on the terrace, so we inhaled an inordinate amount of smoke from our rude, pot-smoking neighbors. Other than that - I wish the management here was one-tenth like Stacey.

Effective yesterday, 2/1/17, Inglewood Oaks Apartments has become a NON SMOKING area. Fortunately I don't smoke but their are times when someone may be visiting me who does, they would usually just go out to the patio. That is not an option any longer. I had a very good, quiet neighbor move yesterday because of this nonsense created by ONE whining self entitled neighbor who kept whining to the office and eventually had this changed. I find this very disturbing how Inglewood Oaks Management can place such a ban and have that much control over its residents. Shame on you again, Inglewood Oaks Management.

The management is very unprofessional and scandalous! My family members got "approved", they took $100 holding deposit, then all of a sudden they weren't approved and now my family members are staying in hotels because they have NOWHERE TO LIVE!! They completely cut contact and now we no longer are able to reach anybody. Such a messed up situation.

Me and my family enjoy living here. Its quiet, landscaped and well maintained. We feel safe and secure. It is family friendly with kids playing and swimming. The manager Miss Tanea is always just a phone call away for work orders and or concerns. She is professional and a blessing to this apartment community. It helps to have an onsite manager that is involved with getting our community together to get to know one another. Our family is grateful for the manager and the maintenance guy. I would recommend anyone that qualifies to put in an application. Thank you Inglewood Oaks for giving our family a nice place to live and a place to call home. Sincerely,The Woodwards

My husband and I moved into the Inglewood Oaks Apartments almost 3 years ago as newlyweds and we have loved living here since. It's conveniently and centrally located in Stockton, safe and securely gated, and has a great laundry facility and pool. To top it off, our manager, Tanea, is very friendly, professional, and works hard to serve us residents. Her and the maintenance man, Tommy, are quick to respond to any issues or concerns we have and go above and beyond to make sure our grounds are well taken care of. We love living here!

I find Inglewood Oaks to be a really cute quiet smaller community. Great Location, close to everything! It is gated, which makes a world of difference on safety. I would recommend checking it out if you are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom, you will love it!
