Indian Cafe

A hidden gem in Manteca, just minutes from the Great Wolf Lodge. We dined here with four families after a fun-filled day at GWL, and we weren't disappointed! The food is freshly made, with authentic flavors, and offers great value for money. While we enjoyed everything we ordered, the mixed vegetable Paratha and Tandoori Fish were exceptional standouts. The only downside was the wait time--our food took quite a while to arrive, but I suppose that's the trade-off for freshly prepared dishes. Don't skip the desserts--the Malai Kulfi is outstanding. Special thanks to our server, Meher, who was incredibly patient and accommodating. We loved it so much that we returned for lunch the next day!We'll definitely be back. Keep up the great work, and please maintain the quality and prices!

I think they changed hands, and after a rocky start, they're really rocking. They've surpassed Dhaba now, and now one of our favorite places for Indian food. Their sister location in N Stockton is SPECTACULAR, btw.

We popped over from the great Wolf Lodge for dinner with four adults and two kids. The service was excellent and quick. The food was really good. We had tandoori chicken, butter, chicken, and a host of other dishes. Would recommend anybody in the area.

Everything about this restaurant was phenomenal!The food is tasty and flavorful served nice and hot with great presentation. The service was excellent. The portions are excellent had enough to take leftovers home and my overall dining experience was a great gourmet food experience! If you're brave and adventurous I dare ya to try it! You will not be dissappointed!

My favorite Indian restaurant. I've tried pretty much every Indian cafe in Manteca and this is the one I always go back to. The people there are very friendly. I really recommend the samosas, garlic naan, chicken curry, butter chicken, & chicken tikka masala. AMAZING

The food was good but I've had better Indian food. The portions were really small. The customer service was maybe too good?? The waiter came by our table maybe every few minutes asking if we needed anything , which was a bit too much in my opinion. I appreciate the good service but coming by the table every few minutes is over doing it.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Indian Cafe in Manteca on January 1st, 2025, and it was a perfect way to kick off the new year! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.We started our meal with the samosa chaat, which was a delightful explosion of flavors. The perfectly crisp samosas, topped with tangy tamarind chutney was seasoned just right! The butter chicken was hands down the star of the show. The chicken was tender, and the sauce was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Paired with the fluffy, aromatic garlic naan, it was pure comfort food at its best.We also ordered the chana masala, which was equally fantastic. The chickpeas were cooked to perfection, and the flavorful blend of spices gave the dish a hearty, satisfying taste. It was clear that every ingredient was fresh and thoughtfully prepared.Our son, Eli, loved the garlic naan so much he was very enthusiastic about the whole meal. The portions were generous, and every bite was a testament to the care and expertise of the chefs.The service was impeccable every item on the table was added, removed or refilled at just the right time. Indian Cafe left with full stomachs and happy hearts. This restaurant is a must-visit. We'll definitely be returning next time we find ourselves in Manteca.
