Incredible Jumpers

Fantastic, easy experience! Communication was prompt and informative. Ordering was easy and quick via the website and everything was set up and taken down without any issues. They were even kind enough to give our kids a little extra jumping time at the end because they saw them still jumping. Would 100% use again for future parties and events!

After another company canceled on us less than 24 hours before my daughter's birthday party I called several other companies with no luck. Incredible Jumpers was the first to say, "let's see what we can do." They had availability and I was able to book with them quickly and easily through a text message agreement. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, set up swiftly, and came back for the end of the party just as we agreed. Exactly what we wanted! Highly recommend.

1st off thank you Johnny and your brother for coming out making my kids day even more special. Well I didn't know what to expect when it came to the space in my yard lol but Johnny got it up and it was safe for the kids to play. Huge wet slide ended up being a hit with the kids and I was super pleased with the process. I know this difficult to load up these jumpers but us parents and kids appreciate it all the hard work you and your brother do.

We rented an inflatable water slide from Incredible Jumpers today. Their communication is great. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. They were on time, arrived prepared to set up, had a crew of two and we're able to set up before our start time of 3pm.The water slide itself was brand new! The kids had a lot of fun and the slide and equipment were clean. We didn't have any issues while using the slide.They also arrived on time to pick up the water slide. They took care of cleaning up the slide and other equipment. Their prices are reasonable and I thought they did a great job. If you need a bounce house or water slide for a birthday party or your kids are bored from the Pandemic, then give them a call! You won't be disappointed.

James & Johnny are the BEST. I called them in a panic the night before my party after my original jumper arrangements didn't work out and let me tell you THEY. CAME. THROUGH. I was nervous that the water jumper may not fit in the limited amount of space I had in the backyard so they offered to bring a backup smaller jumper for me just in case. Not only that but they were incredibly friendly and were in constant communication with me the whole way through. Knowing I really wanted a water jumper vs. a regular, I heard them tell each other "We're going to make this work." (everyone else took one look at my backyard and instantly turned me down). I knew I was in good hands, they 100% made the stresses of party planning less stressful. Had I known at the time they also provide tables and chairs, I would've gone to them for that too. I will definitely be using them again for my next party!

They were great! They called and kept me updated on when they would arrive and when they would pick up.

I rented a water slide from them. They were super helpful and accommodating right from the start. When I made an error in the reservation, the owner worked with me to get things fixed and ensure I had a water slide for the correct day (which was just 24 hours later). They were great at communicating when they were coming for drop off, set up, and pick up. The variety of bounce houses and slides was also great. The kids had an amazing experience.I will happily rent from them again.

Johnny really pulled through for the kids! He was early for set up, was patient, personable, helpful. Overall it was a breeze. Easy process. He sends you some info he needs like name, address, phone number, what kind of surface the water slide is on, and etc. Then he emails over the invoice/contract to sign. Water slide was clean and sanitized. The kids had so much fun. We might have to do this every year. Don't let the 15 feet waterslide fool you. It was fast. Adults can enjoy too!

Hello I Rented 3 Way Combo Water Slide Jumper on Labor Day Sept 6th it was last Min I called incredible jumpers Spoke to Owner Johnnie and he made it happen for My 2 Grand kids ,freinds, family they loved it and had A Good time The Owner and his staff Arrived Early Got Set up in no time Very Good Customer Service, Respectful, and got Job Done We Appreciate You Johnnie and Staff I Highly Recommended Incredible jumpers to Family and Freinds ,anyone who need their Services I would give them a 10 if I Could Thanks Johnnie and Staff you'll Rock
