In-N-Out Burger

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Gary and Bella for making my evening so much brighter! In-N-Out is my favorite fast food restaurant, and the amazing service is a big reason why. Gary has helped me several times, and every single time, he's in great spirits, super kind, and genuinely happy to be there. His positivity makes the experience even better.Tonight, I also had the pleasure of meeting Bella, who was the sweetest! She was so kind to my cat, Mr. Besitos, and her warmth and friendliness really stood out. Thank you, Gary and Bella, for your kindness and for making my visit so pleasant. 100% cleaner and more quiet than the ones in Bay Area. Service was quick. Food came out fast but I noticed the patties are a bit saltier than the ones back home. Not end of the world though.

At the In-n-Out in Ceres, we were greeted with a friendly smile and welcome by a female employee, and then another employee, male offered to bring us our order for us when it is called.The chocolate shake was very flavorful with a massive amount of chocolate, see photo. So yummy!My flying Dutchman and his double-double were delicious!The drive through looked pretty busy, as well as the inside of the restaurant (where we were). This isn't our usual In-N-Out, but we will be back! :)

Girl working drive through tonight couldn't get our order right, even when the cashier guy repeated our order and was corrected to what it should have been, it was still made wrong. So no initiative was there to fix the prior girl's mistake. He clearly didn't fix the issue when he was told. I don't really understand what's the difficulty, but apparently it must be very difficult to add onions.

My long-time buddies and I stopped in to grab the legendary In-n-Out! We ordered, sat down and waited only a few minutes before a polite young man delivered our food. His name was Jordan. You could tell he took pride in work, wanting to make our experience awesome. He checked on us several times during our meal and finally offered to clear our table with the same can-do, how can I help you, attitude with a smile . We all looked at one another and said, "He's going to manage this place one day!" Thank you Jordan for your help and thank you In-n-Out Management for choosing to hire solid employees like Jordan to make our dining experience memorable. We'll be back!

My go-to spot for a quick, delicious burger with fresh green lettuce and some crispy, fresh cut fries. I like mine crispy. The pup patty is my dogs favorite, and they leave off the salt for the pups. The employees are always friendly and the service is fast. The food is fresh and hot, which is a requirement of mine. They dont get upset with my weird order and only say that's an easy one....double single mustard fried protein style no salt no sauce no onion add pickle add ketchup add mustard. The inside is always clean, but you may or may not get a table since they are conveniently located next to the freeway exit. The outside seating area is covered, which is very nice, especially when you bring your fur baby. You can sit in the sun if you'd like as there are tables out front also.

Grateful that there's an in n out here in ceres. For people who have never had in n out- the wait is really not as long as one would expect when there's an employee walking car to car taking orders. I'm talking about you're out of there in like 10mins max even when the lines wraps around the parking lot. Unfortunately today was not one of those days since dude just stood directly beside the menu XD

Seriously, is there any other restaurant that can make a burger better than In N Out?! NO!!! The Double Double-Animal style is the best for the price point! The fries are Ehhhh, unless I get them lightly well done, Animal style. How anyone can sit in their drive through for eons, not for me!! Step inside, order and 5-6 minutes later we have our meal. Maybe 3 cars have moved since we stepped inside. Trust me when I say, look up the not so secret menu and try everything.

The service here is top notch! Adam took our order and was so attentive and nice! Then we are all sitting waiting for our food, and Zach came and asked us for our numbers and said he would bring our food out to us. Truly great employees at this In N Out! This location is also super clean and the tables were all clean and wiped down as soon as people got up. Food came out fast & was hot and delicious!

Now that this location has been here for a long time we went again this past weekend. I have to say that the wait times are just significantly longer than other In-N-Out burgers. Doesn't matter when you go if they are packed or don't appear to be busy. The wait times are always the same. By the time you get your food, it just seems that it has sat for a while and isn't very warm. We also noticed that the patties weren't seasoned, and there was no real flavor in the overall burger. I love that this location is close to my home but it is my least favorite and I don't think we will come back to this one
