Traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach we have stayed here three-times over the past two years. This park is 98% full-time mobile home residents and not really set-up to accommodate big RV's. The last time we stayed here, the rear end of our RV sank down one foot into the pavement. The bottom of our diesel engine came two inches from landing on the pavement. This park does not allow medium or large sized dogs, plus there's no place to walk your pet. We had AT&T phone service here and it worked great. Your satellite will likely not work because of all the large trees.

This is one of the best RV parks we've stayed in! Yes it's an established mobile home community but they also rent spaces for overnight RVers. The pool is lovely, the staff is kind & helpful, the spaces are large & have grass & huge trees to shade your RV. All the residents were kind & chatty. We will stay here again & were in a 32' motorhome.

We have been coming to Imperial Manor for Spring season, and October of each year for several years now. We belong to Passport America RV Club. They are connected to that as well, (not that it makes much difference when a person stays a short term); however that is what attracted us to this park. It is an over 55 years old park, and we find it quiet and friendly. People tend to remember us and welcome us back, each time we return. The grounds are well kept and things seem kept in order. We had a dog part of the time we have been coming. I believe they have a limit on the size of the dogs...Actually it seemed difficult; but not impossible, to find a good place to walk our dog, when we still had him. When we were first here, we stayed about three months and there was a rent incentive to stay awhile. We have researched and visited most of the RV parks in the area for quite a distance and this is by far the best park for senior citizens on a temporary, or permanent basis for a mobile home or RV, in the area, in our opinion.

We lived here for over a year in our Motorhome. It is a friendly and active senior community. They plan lots of activities if you want to meet your neighbors. Park is well maintained.Includes 2 laundry rooms, car wash area, pool and BBQ area. Pet friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.

Maybe we just had a poor experience. We booked over the phone and the lady gave us space #5 and told us the office would be closed but the power was under the electrical box. Our space was not all that conducive to backing into a curved site on near the entrance to the community. Plus there was an orange cone towards the back of our site. When moving the orange cone there was a pipe sticking up that we had to work to avoid when parking. We were well within the marked areas for our rig but chose to sleep with our bedroom slide pulled in to avoid someone coming around the corner and swiping our bedroom slide (and us). We worried about this as when my husband was backing in two cars and a motorcycle flew around the back of our rig to get on to their street. It was incredibly stupid and very scary. Didn't check the pool or anything else. Our main problem was the site we were given for a 34' 5th wheel and also the lack of info given. The entrance is also very hard to find - it kind of sneaks up on you. It was a very uncomfortable experience and we will not return.
