A&C are our day-of wedding coordinators for our wedding. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with their service. Among the things that made huge impressions on us: they were very responsive with all the pre-event inquiries, emails, calls, you name it; they were very organized in the months leading to the wedding, putting timeline and inventory in a very transparent fashion; they were very accommodating in the days leading up to the event as a result of weather challenges. Most of all, during the event everything we could notice went according to plan, A&C were no doubt behind the scenes making sure of that. We are very appreciative of their services, and would recommend them to any couple who is looking for wedding coordinator services.

If you're anything like us and thought coordinating the details of a wedding would be a piece of cake, let me tell you. It's not. Thank goodness for the women behind Imagine This Events. Not only were Ankita and Carina the first to respond in our search for day-of-coordinators, but after talking to multiple companies we felt confident that they understood our ideas, our vision, and most importantly our timeframe. We only had about 6 months to plan.Ankita and Carina were a huge support throughout the entire process. They were easy to contact, quick to respond, and constantly available. They offered us amazing recommendations for other vendors and were extremely helpful getting everything organized in a short period of time.Honestly I'd hire them again in a heartbeat just for this, but let me get to the wedding day. It was exactly what we dreamed of and even exceeded our expectations. You'd think we'd been planning this for over a year! Every detail from the set up, to the timeline was taken care of seamlessly. They were the point of contact for everyone so we didn't have to be. It's an amazing feeling being able to sit back and soak up all of the love in such a special event knowing that all of the details are being handled behind the scenes. It's also worth noting how well Ankita and Carina work together. We've never seen a duo make this level of productivity look so effortless.These ladies were not only professional, they were so incredibly friendly and warm. We wanted a fun, stress-free wedding process and they made it happen, all while keeping us on track. We hired Ankita and Carina for day-of-coordination and they really went above and was amazing! Super experienced, thorough and amazing with family and guests, my hubby and I were able to fully enjoy each other for our special day and our guests as well because of Ankita and Carina. Our wedding at Domenico winery could not have gone more smoothly! Truly everything went perfectly, and I believe Ankita and Carina had a lot to do with that! They were helpful and responsive every step of the way. We were in constant email contact with Ankita and Carnina throughout the planning process, and they also answered all of my emails full of questions. They were also available phone whenever.They made sure everything was on schedule and was SO sweet/warm to everyone. I believe the value for the cost of the service was very worth it for our wedding day. Overall, I highly recommend Ankita and Carina services! You will need Ankita and Carina for your wedding for sure.

I can't imagine how close we came to not using Ankita and Carina for our daughter's wedding. She initially did not want a wedding planner but we got increasingly more and more anxious as we got closer. We got a recommendation from the venue (Brazilian Room, highly recommended as well) and we engaged A & C as our same day coordinators. They started helping about two months before the event. We could not have made a better choice. They thought of things we never thought of, and helped us in ways we didn't know we needed help. The whole event was spectacular - they listened to us, the parents, and more importantly, listened to our daughter and helped us get the wedding we all loved and enjoyed. They stayed behind the scenes quietly but very supportively and made sure the whole experience was perfect. We could not recommend them more - 6 stars if possible and a very heartfelt thank you. :)

Ankita and Carina both did an amazing job helping us prepare for our wedding and making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. From recommending vendors to answering our many questions to troubleshooting the unexpected challenges that arose on the day, their day of coordination services were an incredible help, and I can't imagine planning a wedding without them!

Ankita and Carina (A&C) were our Day-of Coordinators, but they were truly more than that. We had monthly meetings with them leading up to our wedding in January 2024. A&C helped us develop the timeline of our entire day, capturing every detail and event that would happen, and they also made sure to keep us on track. When the day of our wedding was approaching, they reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, A&C truly shined. They made sure our vision was executed and everything truly went according to plan. They checked in with us (bride and groom) every once in a while just to make sure we were doing alright throughout the day. They assisted with the set-up and tear down of our centerpieces and DIY signage, even going above and beyond by helping load up our parents' vehicles so that they could continue to enjoy our wedding. Their expertise and commitment to our wedding was evident throughout the entire event, leaving us with cherished memories that we will treasure forever. We are immensely grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we wholeheartedly recommend Ankita & Carina to anyone seeking exceptional wedding coordination services!

We knew right away A&C were the planners for us. We hired ITE for full wedding planning services - and a destination wedding at that! They were the perfect balance of calm, thoughtful, professional and fun. They went out of their way to help us find the perfect vendors and assist with all the other logistics that come with having a wedding out of town. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect - and I'm so grateful to these ladies for pulling it all together and making sure things ran smoothly. I'm sure they had to deal with some hiccups but they handled everything with grace, which helped us to focus on enjoying the moments of our special day(s). HUGE thank you to ITE for all you do!!

We got married about three weeks ago and I can not even begin to imagine what getting married without Imagine This would have been like. From the very first moment we met Ankita and Carina, we were so impressed with their warmth, thoughtfulness, and expertise. They really truly know all the questions to ask to help you figure out the things that are most important for you on your day and also how to think through all of the necessary details.We felt so relieved after every meeting we had with them during the lead up. They even make it seem easy and fun! They're incredibly responsive to emails and have multiple solutions to problems as they arise. On the day of, I felt so taken care of - Ankita and Carina were on top of everything! Truly a dream team and we feel really lucky that we were able to work with them.

My husband and I knew that Ankita and Carina were the right choice for our wedding from our very first call with them. They had just the right balance of questions about what we were looking for and tidbits of info to help us get to know them, and none of the other planners that we interviewed came anywhere close. We started the process in January 2019, and we had just started our vendor search when quarantine hit. A&C were right on the ball, working with all of our vendors to make sure that we were able keep them on board while we had to postpone time after time as we figured out things like vaccines and procedures for a safe event. They suggested fantastic vendors, implemented our requirements without batting an eye, and mitigated potential last minute disasters before we even knew that there might be an issue. Our big day has garnered a ton of rave reviews from guests, and we can't imagine how it would have gone better!

Way overdue review, but better late than never. My husband and I got married August 2021. Ankita, Carina, and Kathy were fantastic from start to finish. I couldn't have been more pleased with my wedding. They not only helped me plan and organize my wedding, but they pretty much ran the show on my wedding day. They are experts! They kept me on track during the wedding planning process. I was stress and worry free on my special day, and they handled everything. My husband and I communicated what we wanted, and they executed. Our wedding ran smoothly. I was able to enjoy my wedding, and didn't have to deal with phone calls or coordinating. They were in touch with all of our vendors. They also helped me set up chairs and little decorations for my wedding so even our bridal party and family were able to sit back and enjoy the wedding. Their team has great communication, and is so easy going and easy to work with. I highly highly recommend them.
