I-5 Inn

I don't care how desporate you are to find a room DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This is the most disgusting, scandalous, unlivable hotel on the face of earth! I rented a room out and the problems started as soon as I arrived, first off you can tell just from the outside that they have roaches and they got the NERVE to charge $119 for a night with an $80 deposit then when I tried to leave they told me I would have to pay an 80$ cancellation fee!!! Like if that ain't money hungry idk what is!!! So anyways I ended up just paying for it and as soon as I walked in the building the (no smoking) rooms looked and smelled exactly like the smoking rooms (mind you I'm pregnant so I smelled every disgusting smell there is to smell) they even gave me a (complementary) wooden stick to keep the window closed so the crackheads won't break in! Anyways the room was so unbelievably disgusting just look at the pictures ‍ never again will I ever come here! And let's not even talk about how when I went to check out in the morning I stood in line exactly at 9:56 to turn my card in but the line was so long by the time I got to the window it was 10:05 the guy tried to charge me a late fee! Like nigga wtf!!! Don't even waste your time with this BS! They say there under new management but you can't even tell this is the biggest ripoff (worst then a strip club)

This place is so disgusting, I was giving back from Oregon with my family and we stayed at this place cause we were tired from driving, we stayed at this place and already 3 cockroaches in my damn bathroom, and a burnt hole on the sheets, the tv was broken basically and the bathroom was disgusting. Whatever you do DO NOT stay at this place even in desperate need you'll most likely find a damn cockroach in your bed, this place sucks. I was so uncomfortable to even go to sleep.

roach infested, dirty, lots of not so good people partying all thru the night, arguing, they only give you 1 towel, and if you ask for more they tell you "no". but most important super roach infested. we killed at least 50 roaches in our room in just a few hours. they are everywhere including the bed. We found a huge bed bug in the tub of all places......

never stay at this motel very high crime owners refuse to pay for security the rooms are in very poor condition also they are infested with cockroaches bed bugs and mice it does no good speaking to the manager that barely speaks English homeless sleeping in the hallways the place is operated like an apt complex for low-income people however they charge apartment prices but only have a sleeping area and restroom they are so cheap they refuse to get a larger dumpster but have a maintenance guy load up a trailer with trash to take to the dumpseems to me the bigger dumpster would be less if you get fed up and leave they refuse to refund any time you already paid for

called to inquire about pricing and it took about ten minuets for someone to answer the phone. The woman who answered the phone was very very rude. Front Desk Clerks are the first impressions for guests and potential guests.....her rudeness turned away my business.

This roach infested rat-hole masquerading as a motel,charges a "non-refundable" 45.00 a night for a room, which by the way they won't show you first. They don't sweep the floors, change the bedding, or even flush the toilets. There are urine stains on the chairs, rat dropping on the tables and urine and sex stained sheets on the beds. This place could not be inspected for quality control or sanitary concerns because it stank and is visually repulsive. I didn't spend the night, my wife was afraid to touch anything, afraid even to sit down. We wasted 90-unrefundable dollars for an anticipated two night stay, and once inside became do disgusted we left only moments later. The I-5 Inn is the end of the road, ...home for drug addicts, homosexuals, and prostitutes, keep your family safe, disease free, and healthy, room somewhere else. A homeless shelter is preferable to this rat trap. Rating are required for this post a one star is the lowest I could select. For places like the I-5 there should be a minus scale.

Booked this place without reading other reviews because we were just staying one night, was the cheapest place on kayak, and I'm usually a motel-6er when traveling on my own dime. We lasted about 10 minutes before we turn around and left and booked another hotel...this place is truly the scary end-of-the-road for many sad souls. Figured we wouldn't sleep worrying about what the lurkers in the parking lot would do to our cars...had someone yelling and playing guitar outside of our door...Johns waiting in cars in the parking lot...a tweeker greeting folks as they walked into the hallways, which are left open to visitors in the night. Some permanent residents in the rooms as well. The staff/owner(?) looked like one of the most desolate people I've ever seen in my life. Really sad place. Spend the extra money to get a safe place if you're passing through Stockton.

All hotels were booked near me so the I-5 inn came up and 96 bucks. I drove there and didn't seem bad then I got closer. It was 1 am and I was exhausted so I grabbed my Lysol and wiped. The clerk said I couldn't check in with the reservation time and date I could only get a new reservation through them instead of my booking site. So I couldn't cancel but since it was 1 am I couldn't check in till 4:30 am, so I slept in my car till then. Got up was told all these extra fees for non smoking room fee a deposit fee, sign a paper about rules it was crazy. Get to the inside the walls and doors are dirty not numbered oh my gosh inside the room someone left food in the fridge which proved it wasn't cleaned, No towels not one, toilet was dirty stuff under the bed was dirty, clean sheets. The TV took me back to the 90's old box tv remote control didn't work. It's loud af workers were making so much early in the morning. This place needs the inspector on they're ass quick. ITS HORRIBLE AND TO BE CHARGED 120 a night it should be free!!! Yuck yuck yuck this place sucks!!!

I feel like this is what it's like to stay at a motel in a third world country. Room is nasty. Cockroaches. Dirty bathroom. Broken shower knobs. Smoke detector ripped out of the ceiling. Dirty beds. Gang members fighting in the parking lot. Staff was rude AF. Made the mistake of booking online. Never again. I don't know how this place is still a operating business. Save your money because you'll get crabs before you get a refund from this nasty place.

I will not rate this place ...it was very nasty had roaches everywhere in the bed...on the head board..walls ..bathroom even in the microwave..they need to shut this place down ...and all the people hanging around this place is not safe and they keep the door's open so people come in the hallway all night by your room door not safe...
