Background:My husband and I bought two vehicles at this dealership 2 years ago. We were very pleased with the transactions and our salesman Ed.When it was time for service it became a disaster.Today:I am very happy to report that today's experience was perfect. Jackie Guzman was excellent- she listened well, made suggestions, and followed through. Plus, our car was ready earlier than promised.Now I don't dread having my Ionic 5 serviced. Thank You! We love our cars.

If there was a minus column, I would click on it. In my 71 years, this must be the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Strike 1? Under warranty, rotate tires. Hyundai says they must be torqued. I checked them when I got home, and had to BUY A BREAKER BAR to loosen them, then toque them to specs myself! Really?? What fkin idiot would do this?On Jan 9, 2025 oil was changed under warranty. For some unknown reason, today, Jan 21, 2025 I decide to check oil level. Result?? OVERFILLED by 1/3 of a quart. Why? Please tell me why factory mechanics here cannot even change oil properly? Fkin idiots. If this is the best they can do, they need to just close the doors, or send buyers to another deaalership to get proper maintenance. it is obvious they are unable, and unqualified to do mechanical work, as simple as my tasks were. Any work they do, you better check it yourself. If u want it done correctly, go somewhere else. This ain't the place for quality work. .

I had the best experience with Chef Ed! Not only was he super knowledgeable, but his personality made the whole process enjoyable. He was friendly, funny, and just really down-to-earth--felt like chatting with a friend instead of a typical 'sales' experience. He listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions with patience, and didn't push anything on me. I could tell he genuinely wanted me to find the right car, not just make a sale. I needed to scheduled a tire rotation for my 2024 Ioniq 5 in September (I happily bought it here), but they couldn't see me until end of October. Then in October they called and said they have to push it back to December 11. Here I am now waiting for close to three hours. True, the car needed two software updates which added some time, but it's now getting ridiculous. The good news is everybody is very friendly and nice, waiting area is neat, but after the long delay for service and the long wait to get a thirty minute job done, I'll go to a different dealer next time.

Chef Ed served it up for us at Hyundai of Vacaville! I really appreciated how he treated me and my family while we were trying to figure out what the best options were for us. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and truly felt like he was looking out for what we wanted. His personality and friendly demeanor stood out to us, but also his knowledge of Hyundai vehicles was impressive. Thank you again Chef Ed! I am loving my new ride!

THE WORST DEALER EVER!Found a pretty good price online and went there. Even I had appointment still wait for nearly 2HOURS. The price they gave was 5K higher than online without tax and registration.

Sure! Let me put you on hold for a few minutes and never come back...This Location is pretty incompetent. I brought my car to have it serviced a few times and yes, they did a decent job. But when it comes to getting somebody on the phone... Good luck! And when you do get somebody on the phone, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. Until you finally hang up and call back. They give you an attitude. Customer service center is probably the worst in this area. Don't know if it's Hyundai dealerships or what but I never received excellent customer service from Hyundai Dealership. Almost to a point where I just want to get rid of my vehicle and never come back. They say they'll get back to you and they never do They seem like they don't want to work. They have even told me for my popped tire to go to a tire store instead of going through them. Even though it's covered through warranty. I'm at my wits end with this location. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to Vacaville Hyundai for a few years and have been happy with the service department. That has changedMy car started loosing power on acceleration and I needed to be seen ASAP. I drive for a living and I cannot be without my vehicle. I have been calling the service department all week leaving messages and requesting a call back. Crickets. Worst customer services ever. They say they will call back, but nothing. If they are short staffed in service get folks from sales to at least call customers to let them know they are swamped. I have scheduled service with another local mechanic. I am close to wanting to purchase a new car (electric Hyundai), but I will not go to this dealership. So they have lost a service customer and a sale.

Horrible horrible horrible, and in case you didn't get it....this place is horrible. No one answers phone in ANY department and the VM says "we will call you back." Sure after 4+days or not at all.Dropped car off at 1010am for routine maintenance to be finished at @1230pm. After numerous calls(to all departments) and texts from 2p on with no response we finally went to just go get car. Before we picked up, on the way, they finally texted. Never had a place with such crappy service.
