Hummus Republic

I was soo excited to try Hummus republic! And this location did not disappoint! Food was Freshly made and customizable & not to mention bomb!!! Protien options was Spiced perfectly in my opinion. UNIQUE lemonade & drink options ( we chose Guava & strawberry lychee) The Owner was super nice and gave us great recommendations.

Yummmyyyy! New fav spot. I got the salad bowl with lamb and beef The owner is great, space is very clean, & food is fresh.

I love Mediterranean food so I was super excited for the opening of this spot. I have been a few times now and while I have enjoyed the things I've tried, it seems that they are often running out of items. The first time they were out of falafel, the second time they were out of tzatziki sauce. Perhaps they were still working out the kinks of a new business. Each time I've tried the pita which in itself is delicious, warm and fluffy. Lemon chicken is flavorful, I only wish it wasn't sitting in a warming pan because sometimes it looks dried out or as though it has been sitting for a while. I do like that they have such a variety of add ons for their wraps, pitas and bowls. Downside, pepsi products...YUCK. Service has been friendly if a little slow, again, it could have been because they were still fairly new. It is counter service with a set-up like Chipotle. The dining area isn't very large although there is some outside seating. I would definitely recommend Hummus Republic if you like this type of food.

Honestly, I was pretty scared to try this place at first. I've never really had Mediterranean before, but the young lady at the front was super helpful and reassuring on what to get. I asked her to make me a pita with what she would get and it was awesome. Especially for only $14.The ingredients were fresh, she even asked that I wait a couple extra minutes for fresh falafel, which was pretty nice! The portions were good sized and the inside was clean. It felt new and welcoming.

So excited to have Hummus Republic finally open for business! We arrived a bit early at 11 and they weren't ready yet, but they let us in and have a beverage while we waited. I'm not mad at that cause everything was made fresh and definitely tasted like it too! My husband and I throughly enjoyed the bowls we ordered, there are many options to build your own bowl, wrap or pita and we can't wait to go back and see what else we can enjoy!!!

Excellent food! Will definitely go back and try more combinations. Everything was very fresh and tasty. Only downside was the service speed. 2 people working. 1 on the counter. 1 doing to-go orders. Took quite a while to be able to order and get the food. Despite that, since it could have been a fluke scenario, will still go back again.

I'd like to start off by saying I know this establishment is new so they seem to be figuring out their process, the negative was my rice was burnt and overcooked, and we had a bit of wait with only 1 customer there. Now the positives, the girl helping me was incredibly helpful and nice! She took the time to explain what the sauces and different options were. I can see the business having potential if they upkeep with freshness and swift customer service. I am hoping in the next few months when they have more experience they will be a great addition to Stockton's community with healthy food options

Stopped hear on the way, while on a road trip. It's not too far from the freeway. This place is incredible. I hate stopping at all the junk food stops off the freeway. The food here is fresh, a healthier option, and tastes amazing. I just found it's a chain so I hope to find one near where I live when I get home. It's like Chipotle but Mediterranean style. It's better than CAVA, imho. The place is clean, trendy, and the service is great.

This past weekend I decided to check out Hummus Rebublic because I heard great views!!! Well, there is no doubt that this place deserves more than 5 stars for the food, ambiance, and customer service or should I say service excellence!!!! I wasn't sure what I wanted so I chose a protein bowl. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two guys that were working it here at the time that I went to give them personal kudos on here!! They were both very helpful the short time that I was there! I promise I will be going back!!
