This was the most perfect little coffee spot I've ever been to. Everyone is so kind and calm. The place is connected to a deli I hope to have more time to check the deli out next time because everything looked delicious.

We stopped by passing through town and looking for a non commercial coffee shop experience.Highly recommend this location. Go around back and enter through the back door. Super cute sitting area with plenty of room to sit. We just got vanilla lates but they were amazing. We also got the kinder cookie to take home for my son. My daughter got the biscoff cookie. I tried her cookie and loved it. The worker was super nice. And she was able to give us her opinions on menu items.

If you're in the Manteca area, you should totally stop by House of Mokha. It's a family run business, the young woman I spoke with was knowledgeable. She understood my gluten allergy, she mentioned that her sister in law prepares all the pastries they sell. They even have chocolate! I love their lattes, and prefer them over Dutch bros or Starbucks. Give them a try and see for yourself.

My sister loves this place so she took me here . I was not sure what to expect . The parking in front is a little crowded I think it's in an alley street . The location feels a little odd . Inside it felt small and it's attached to a little market. There was a line to order the lady in the cash register was a bit rude and not inviting. My payment was not going through I had to redo it, and she was rolling her eyes she seemed pretty frustrated. I ordered Ube coffee which was pretty good . I also ordered the Dubai viral chocolates they were $11 bucks each but they were worth it very good . I ordered 4 cake pops for $3.99 each the lady suggested to mix the flavors, but I wanted all vanilla. I went to get napkins but they were out I had to get back in line and ask for more . Overall I was not impressed the place is pretty pricy for the ambiance and better service.

Hard place to find if it is your first time coming in. Their main entrance seems to be in the back but they share an entrance in the front on the street side with a restaurant. There is tons of parking on either side but walking in the back seems sketchy just because they are in the middle and cars would pass by. Be careful walking in the area because it's tight with one ways.Spacious inside, a lot of seating with Wi-Fi available. I got an Iced Ube Latte medium.Price was reasonable but not enough to want to come everyday.I love the surrounding area like where I parked had a mural for selfies. I would say you would get a great selfie more in the afternoon, late afternoon. I took a picture of the murals I liked with my drink.Definitely a place to chat with friendsService was ok, nothing to glorify but I did enjoy how delicious my drink was.

A little hidden gem in Manteca! Delicious, strong, bold coffee with so many flavor options. Highly recommend the Yemeni latte but their pistachio matcha also sounds delicious- will have to try it next time! There are also tons of pastries and cakes that looked incredible. Plenty of parking and seating with tables available. The entrance is in the back, not along the street - just as a heads up. Very friendly service as well. Will definitely be back!

I'm so glad Yelp recommended me this spot because it's become my favorite little family owned coffee shop. Their drinks are so good. Upon arrival. I thought siri sent me to the wrong place because all I saw was a market but then I saw a sign above pointing to the cafe. I've tired the Matcha pistachio latte and the Pistachio latte with soy milk; both drinks did not disappoint. It's not too sweet, and you can still taste the richness of the espresso with the subtleness of every ingredient. The drinks can be pricey. I think mine cost a little over $7 but the quality makes up for it. I also tried their honeycomb bread and that was good too. Not too sweet, but not bland. It's just right in the middle. I live like half an hour away from Manteca but it gives me a reason to get out of town, and try to run some errands there hehe It's worth the drive and gas.

Good drinks options as well as desserts. I love that there is a market inside and a deli (open at 11 on Sundays). A good seating area for a few small groups. Service was good also nice and quick! I got the pistachio latte which was so yummy! I will be back to try other drinks :P
