First of all service and communication was amazing. We rented the boxing arena and chairs. Saul got back to me w in minutes. Very friendly and considerate. He worked w the time of my party and didnt charge me extra. The equipment and chairs were very clean. Thanks for your business you save the day.

I have rented with hot jumps inflatables two times now for my kids birthday party I am absolutely amazed with the communication, drop off and pick up times are great The one thing that just amazed me the most was this past weekend when I had a waterslide jumper party planned for my daughter (we own a waterslide jumper) and it ended up being humid that day and I needed an emergency jumper luckily I was able to message hot jumps inflatable's and they were able to rent me a jumper for the day of they responded to me quickly efficiently and even dropped off the jumper in less than an hour they saved my party thank you so much for your service!

Hello im sharing my experience because it is unbelievable that ppl are running a business this way! this guy Raul is very unprofessional and rude. I called him on Friday 10/1/21 we spoke briefly and I was quoted $80 for a standard jumper, however I was interested in knowing all that was available to me. He said he would send pictures. Before I knew it the day ended and he never sent. I followed up the next day and he answered and said he would send after he dropped off some jumpers. That day ended so I texted to remind him. No reply. I texted again the next day. No reply. I picked up the phone to call . No answer. Then I called from a different number and he answered i asked him if he was able to send pics and that I had been waiting since Friday (4days) and he hung up in my face. At this point I don't even wanna do business with someone like this. Is he reliable? All I asked was to send pic of the jumpers he had for rent and he kept saying he would send but never did. I shouldn't have to continually contact any business to give them my money obviously he not looking to make any money so I will take my business elsewhere. I really can't believe this. & He never offered a explanation. I just wasted 4 days waiting on him thinking he was just a busy when I needed to book somewhere else for my event this weekend. Super unprofessional- BEWARE!!!!

I definitely will use them again ! Great service yesterday and very clean jumper. I would recommend to anyone. Response time was quick and reasonable prices thanks again

I got a water jumper for my kids from Hot Jumps Inflatables. They had really good communication skills and were very prompt about getting back to me when I had questions. They confirmed with me 2 days prior and were at my place right on time. The person that brought the jumper was super nice as well. I have recommended you to other family and friends and will continue to use you for all of my kids parties.

They were on time, kept in communication and provided an awesome obstacle course jumper for a fair price and came to pick up the jumper when asked. Would use them again for future parties!

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered a waterslide a week in advance for my daughter's graduation/birthday party.Delivery was scheduled for 12 pm, at 12:45 it had not been delivered yet so we called and was told the driver was on his way in hughson.2 o'clock still no delivery and after multiple calls and text we were finally told they had rented it out to someone else!... Way to let a bunch of kids down, so unprofessional!!!!
