Although the price did go up my daughter always has a good time here. The staff is always helpful and it's always clean inside. Plus you can't beat the fact the food court is right there.

I came here after walking by it on the way to the bathroom. Space had few kids and parents so it looked spacious. Plenty of random things to climb on and slide down from. The play structure is like an obstacle course. Several jumpers up against a wall. My kiddo enjoyed the play structure and climbing all the different areas. On my first visit staff did their job and we got in and out in a breeze. The second visit I was told only one parent could come in. Which was a bit confusing as the first visit both of us were allowed in and every family in there had both parents. Their signage says 2 adults free admission with paid child admission. So it didn't make sense to me. It was busier than the last time I visited so if capacity was the case they should advertise that on their signage. It's misleading. The second visit I just stood outside for the hour playtime watching my kid play. Staff is all up at the front handling customers and putting on wrist bands for the child and parents for when their time is up. They have special grip socks you have to wear inside which you need to purchase and repurchase if you don't bring them the second time. Staff doesn't walk around to check the space out or monitor the area. Everyone's just chilling up in the front. Parents aren't allowed inside any of the play structures so if your kiddo can't guide themselves this is not the place for them. Best for kids age 3-5. It's too small for older kids to enjoy. I'm pretty disappointed in this past visit but in the future I know even if it's not on display only ONE parent can go.

A bit worn down and cramped compared to other jump house and playroom facilities we've been to recently. Nevertheless, my child enjoyed it, and so did all the other children happily jumping about.

Great place to host a private kid party the owners are very friendly and really accommodating. I truly recommend if you have a child to stop by and explore hop hop.

Underrated place at Southland. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. Angelica at the front was able to explain prices and times for us and made it very easy since we didn't have socks we were able to buy some. Very cool place for the little ones to burn energy.

TL;DR: Clean, very safe, LOTS of bounce houses and cushy, soft places to crawl around and play in. Well ventilated, great comfortable temperature, cheaper than other local indoor playgrounds that pale in comparison! After Jolly Roger Land in Union City turned my child away bawling after they double-booked spots and didn't let us know until we arrived (after paying and signing the waiver for our reservation previously) then laughing as my son wept, I took him here and not only was it cheaper to play per hour by a few dollars, but way newer and cleaner with so much more to do! It was a dream come true to an awful night for us. The girl at the front desk walks around making sure everything is clean and everyone looks happy, and she was very friendly. Parents can let their kids play safely here, there really isn't anything to get hurt on at all and I'm a more worried mom than other sometimes so that's refreshing. No owwies here, we always leave Rockin' Jump hurting physically though the kids like it there too. They play Kids-Bop type music that's appropriate for children but not total suffering for parents at a safe but fun volume--enough to cover most of the sounds from the ventilation and stuff but not enough to give you a headache or stress you out even if it's music you don't like. New favorite place! We will definitely be back and I urge y'all to check it out.

The bouncy house is not safe. It is too close to the wall and not properly inflated. My son hurt himself on his arm on the wall while he was bouncing inside the playhouse. The owner was not nice either. His attitude was terrible. He asked us to wait outside (not anywhere in the indoor playground or near) after my son got injured .

The times listed for opening and closing are not accurate. We arrived at 5:45 tonight for one hour jump as they close at 7 and we were told we were only able to purchase 30 minute jump time as they started closing at 6:30 for cleaning (understandable however, if you close doors to customers and kick everyone out at 6:30, that should be listed at your closing time, not 7) Also, this place does not care about health/safety of the children that play here. After bringing my son here tonight, would be safe to say we wouldn't return. There was roughly 8-10 kids when we arrived and EVERY single one (family members I assume or friends as they arrived with two adult women) was coughing. Not a slight cough either, they were HACKING the entire time they were there. I was extremely uncomfortable and kept my son at a distance especially with RSV being very serve right now.. I continuously sanitized him but it sucks because of course he wants to play with other kids, I just don't understand how parents can bring their children out in this obviously sick condition (coughing every 2 minutes and tears running down their eyes and runny noses) & I don't understand how Hop Hop allows kids like this to enter.. I understand they may not look sick upon entering but as loud and as obvious as it was, they should've been asked kindly to leave (and offered to come back at a later time when everyone felt better) to keep in consideration everyone else's health who's there. I'll be driving to Hayward or Union City for their indoor playgrounds as they in force the health policies & their close times are accurate.

I had a friend recently visit with her child. The lady at the front desk was highly disrespectful. She made inappropriate comments about race. Saying her child was not welcome becasue he is Asian. "This is why we don't allow Asians , only Mexicans " For an adult to to shame a child for his race and speak that way is unacceptable. This is not a safe space for children. I am writing this review to let everyone know since when my friend wrote a review and they removed it.

The worst experience!!! after lunch Dec 5th downtown Hayward we decided to take our son to this play place we paid 18 $ for the unlimited time (1pm-7pm) and got our wristbands. We played for an hour with my son with no issues! As soon as this employee comes in for her shift she immediately approaches me and said you can't play on that very rudely I didn't say anything I got up , and continue to play with my little one. A few min later after helping my son on a climbing structure she aggressively yelled I told you not to be on that structure! I told her you don't need to speak to me that way ! I'm not your child. The employee would then go on to say if your not going to listen you'll Be escorted out by security , I said excuse me? This employee was hell bent on getting security and walked out to summon the security guard he comes in and asked what happened I said this employee harassed me. It was not handled professionally and I think she needs better training on how to speak to customer.
