Honeybee Pool

Petaluma Swim Center changed Lap Hours yesterday- I'm there 2 to 3 days a week so figured I should've seen a notice- when 1 door closes you gotta get resourceful. Got on Yelp and found Honeybee Pool all set up for Laps open until 2:30. Not frigid like Petaluma - what I call a Therapy Pool - felt like 90 so it's probably 83/84 which is quite warm. Still so happy it was there for me!! Thanks for being there Pool! You make me weep tears of Joy. $5 a couple open lanes, mostly senior ladies, very clean, 6 lanes, bathroom much cleaner than Luma (I prefer Petaluma's (snow melt) cold temps) but not bad at all. Life is always better after getting even half a mile in!!

Horrible service really rude staffI called to try to set up a private swim lesson for my son . They were gonna make the swim lesson then they ask his age how much he can swim and I tell them his age and all the info and I let them know he has special needs . As soon as I said he has special needs they said they didn't have anything available and was really rude to me . I called city hall and honey bee pool and the guy that answered did not wanna help me or tell me where to go on the website and would not give me the name of his supervisor. It's really unfortunate that both employees representing honey bee pool were rude and made me feel horrible for trying to make my child a swim lesson .

Instructors are kind and friendly, pool is clean. My 5 year old took lessons all summer, skill set improved with each lesson & wants to join the swim team! Highly recommend.

My granddaughter has been taking lessons here for two years. Earlier we took her to two other pools in the area for lessons, and Honeybee was the best. The teachers seem about college age and are enthusiastic and caring. My granddaughter has learned a lot here and loves her lessons. The pool also has lane swimming, and hosts a competitive swimming team for youngsters. Rohnert Park seniors get a good discount for lane swimming. It would be nice if there were a pool for toddlers.
