Large furniture store off of Waterloo Rd. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have made several purchases over the years without any issues. Pricing is competitive and on my purchases furniture has been good quality. I wish they did free delivery and install like many other furniture stores in town when making a large purchase or paying cash. I don't know about you but it really gets me to pay shipping or delivery!! I feel like now a days in this era free shipping and delivery on large purchases goes without saying. I don't know could just be me, I do a lot of online shopping and most is free delivery. The big stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy do free deliver and install. Overall I've had great shopping experiences here. I would continue to purchase here.

Terrible customer service!!!! Not even a hello can I help you with anything no act like we didn't exist ... Not only that the reviews say that it's too notch that's a lie it's expensive prices are ridiculously high.

Well let me start off by saying everything looks nice when it's in the store me and wife bought a lot of furniture from this place bed sets living room sets dining tables etc. Just be aware that these things are cheaply put together wood will chip easily paint removes even when not used they will finance you easily cause their furniture doesn't last very long will not be buying here ever again oh 1 thing the delivery drivers did take my old furniture for a fee

I bought couches from here a few years back for 2 grand, they told me it was leather but they where vinyl and it started tearing apart within a few months. I got a glass dinning table with chairs and the bolts off the chair legs started loosening up very cheaply made. I bought a bed for my son, luckily nothing ever happen to it since he never slept it it..

I was looking for a couch and went into this store, which had a very wide selection, styles and colors. I was assisted by Miss Anna and she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I found what I was looking for, placed my order, put it on layaway, and was delivered earlier than expected. I'm very satisfied and will share with my friends about this store. I've purchased furniture from here over the last couple of years. The quality is really good and the price point on the furniture has been reasonable. The delivery of the furniture went on without a hitch and the installation and assembly was also top tier. Would definitely purchase from here again!

Poorly made furniture and even worse customer service.I purchased 2 matching bar stools from this company. One arrived in a box that was obviously previously opened and returned. Upon further investigation I found that the instructions and all the hardware was missing. I contacted the company and they told me they won't help any customer who purchased on Amazon, even though they are the ones selling on Amazon and Amazon referred me back to them for assistance. I purchased the hardware (again) elsewhere and tried to put the chair together only to find that all the drill holes were completely misaligned and it was not possible to put together, it's garbage. The company won't respond to my emails or make this right. I will not be buying from them again.

I am very dissatisfied with the dining room set that I purchased. Less than a month after it was delivered, the wood chipped off of the top of the table when I was wiping it down with a soft dish towel. I reached out to see what could be done and I was advised that it could not be replaced due to wear and tear. I had it for less than a month. The wood shipped in another section as well. The only thing they were willing to do is send me a wood marker to try to cover up the chipped wood. I was advised that they use the wood marker when the wood chips on furniture in their store as well. I will never purchase furniture from them again.
