We have remodeled our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and replaced the carpet in 2 bedroom's in our home with the help of Chris at HCD. With Chris' professionalism, expertise and knowledge, each project couldn't have gone any better. Chris has impeccable taste and is a joy to work with. HCD also has a lovely showroom with great selection of flooring of all kinds, beautiful counter top options and so much more.A wonderful experience all around.

HCD put in new vinyl floors at our business in the kitchen, bathroom and break room area and they turned out great! They took out the 70's linoleum and gave us a modern look. The prices were reasonable and their crew was quick, professional and left everything clean after the job was done. Highly recommend them!

There are few things less invasive than having a home remodeled. So choosing the right designer and contractor is essential to maintaining ones sanity and marriage. To that end, I can't say enough great things about the people behind Home Concepts Design Center. Although I haven't set foot in the store (it opened at the end of our whole-house/yard redo), I have worked closely with Dan Davis and Chris Davis and regard them more as friends than hired contractors. That's a relationship they worked to cultivate.From first contact, to design, to demolition, to reconstruction to finishing work, the staff of Home Concepts Design Center are there to ensure it gets done right. They repeatedly convinced me that they aren't happy until we are happy. I don't usually spend time writing reviews. I consider it a senseless effort since I don't believe people actually read these things, but there are those occasions when service rises to a level that demands extraordinary attention. And so here I am typing away. Friendly, professional and caring (caring about you and your project, not as one in a line of customers, but as though you're the only customer they have). My wife and I are so pleased with our essentially new home and enthusiastically encourage you to consider Home Concepts Design Center. I'd say we'd use their services again, but our "new" house will outlast us. But when we're reincarnated...Seriously, do yourself a favor, give them a try and compare them to others. I had my kitchen redone, including painting the cabinets, new counter tops and flooring. I went into the design center and spoke with Chris, letting him know that I have zero experience with remodeling and would need his expertise. The paint job looks like I did it myself, certainly you would not know it was a "professional painter."The flooring was a bad choice on my part and I believe I should have been advised that the upkeep is a major undertaking everyday. It turned out looking like a cement garage floor.I do have to say the counter top is great.I am full of remorse for having chose this place to do business with.

We had a seamless experience working with Chris at HCD. He guided us through the process in helping us pick out the right flooring for our house. Chris is professional, knowledgeable and always prompt in his communication. We were short by a few boxes of our vinyl plank flooring and Chris resolved it quickly. Their prices were reasonable, and the crew was professional and left everything clean upon completion of the project. I met with Chris to pick out material for a job and he had great input I what to get and explained the pros and cons of material, they had good selections of material had great customer service with being quite nice.

I met with Chris at the showroom to discuss a partial remodel of my kitchen. I had already painted my lower cabinets myself and had the uppers painted by a professional. I wanted to look into replacing my tile countertop and backsplash. After changing my mind on what work I wanted HCDC to do and what I would do myself, we finalized the plans. Chris was so patient with the changes I made. He answered all my questions and and returned my calls, texts and emails promptly. Three crews were used for my project. One to do demo, one to measure and install my countertop and sink, which I purchased seperately, and a crew to reinstall the garbage disposal, dishwasher and and faucet. They were all so professional. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. I also ordered tile for the backsplash from HCDC and they delivered it promptly with one of the crews. (A friend will be installing that) I can't speak highly of Chris's professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend HCDC to anyone looking for a job done right!

We turned to HCDC to help us select a tile for our kitchen backsplash that we could not find at othe retailers. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. After shopping around we found them to offer competitive pricing and had them install the backsplash on our kitchen. They did an excellent job in a reasonable time and a very pleased with the final product.
