It's shocking to me to see so many great reviews for this place. I've been here three times now and the service is terrible every time! If we're reviewing the furniture and decor then I can say, yes, they have a beautiful selection here. Maybe I don't look like someone who can afford it, I don't know, because I most definitely can but what I do know is that I've never once been greeted and today I was the only person in the store so it's not like they were busy. I had one lady look up at me, no hello, no what can I help you with...not even a smile. It's like this every time, I don't see how they stay in business.

In the days of big box stores and online shopping, having a beautiful store of unique finds in Modesto is a gem! I don't want people coming to my house and recognizing the furniture I have from other stores. I ordered a sectional for my new home (I got to pick out the layout of the sectional, the fabric, and even the fabrics for the accent pillows) and ended up walking away with a new dining table too. I even had the option to have the furniture delivered for a nominal extra fee. The furniture is good quality, and the price is not much more than what you'd pay for furniture anywhere else. I'd highly recommend looking here before committing to furniture from anywhere else. I love just randomly perusing the store every season or so too; it's always changing and always decorated exceptionally well. The fact that they even have sales and a points / reward program is the icing on the cake. Truly thankful to have this store in the Modesto area.

I love this store! Every time I'm in the Modesto area I stop here to shop! Cathi is always friendly and helpful in finding the perfect decor for my house. I recommend you stop in to browse...you'll end up buying something!

Can't say enough great things about this place. My boyfriend and I moved to the area recently, and with covid have had absolutely no luck finding furniture as everything is usually out of stock. We put a deposit down for a couch here and the supplier kept pushing the delivery date back. Pam worked with us and was able to get us another couch that we absolutely love, and it is now being delivered in a few days! Pam's customer service is on point. She knew how badly we wanted a couch and although our original couch was delayed through no fault of her own, she took it upon herself to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back for all of our furniture needs.

I went to At Home Furniture to shop as I had seen some end tables on their website that I wanted to purchase. They didn't have them in-store, but were very helpful in ordering them for me. This is a lovely store with many beautiful items. If you are looking for something unique, you might try here. When I went back to pay for the rest of my order, I saw that they had some really cute (and different) greeting cards. I was happy to learn that they were 1/2 off at the time. They also have a little jewelry and many wonderful decorative items. Great place to browse & buy!

Just left here a few hours ago. This is hands down the best buying experience I've ever had. Megan was soooo amazing. I was referred here and I'm glad I loved it. This isn't your typical furniture buying experience. It's much more than that. I don't even know how to explain it. I have not received my items yet but I know it's going to be great. I will definitely be coming here for all my future home furniture purchases.UPDATE 3/28/18:Had my couches delivered and I love them.

If you're looking for furniture that's made with craftsmanship and built to last, this is the store for you. I dont want furniture I have to replace every few years. I want pieces that will span generations. Go see Megan and tell her what you're looking for, I promise you wont be disappointed..

I absolutely love this store. It has to be special for me to drive all the way from Bakersfield to purchase furniture for my home! The staff are knowledgable, friendly and very helpful! I just love my new dining room table. It is just what I had envisioned! Thanks At Home!!After purchasing my table I decided to order chairs as well. Megan was an absolute sweetheart helping me to order the chairs that suit my dining table. I have had the same table for 23 years and this is now just as I had imagined it could be! Thank you again At Home and Megan for helping me to make my dining room exactly what I wanted! Can't wait to work with you guys again!!!!

In a time where things are extremely expensive and long waits times you would think kind customer service would be an easy thing to give. That is definitely not the case with this store. Yes they have beautiful things , but if you can't even get kindness or even just a little understanding it makes everything in that store ugly.

Since Covid, I try to only shop at smaller businesses in order to support them. I just moved from Sacramento, and I needed to furnish my new home. I noticed this store had many great things and I could not wait to go in and shop in there. Sadly, I was treated like I was invisible. There was no one else in the store, the young lady working behind the counter ignored me. As I waited around for help and even looking at fabric, no response. A couple came in about 10 min after me, the worker quickly acknowledges them and informs them about their sales. As I made my way back to the front, still no help from anyone. This is just so rude. Customer service goes a long way. Luckily for me google suggested I try Back Home Furniture in Turlock. I was able to find my living room set, dinning and bedroom set in that store. If you're looking to be treated like a person, go to Back Home in Turlock. Rhonda is excellent, nothing compared to this store.
