Had a great experience! I have been trying to book very specific flights for over 1.5 months that involved special instructions due to VISA requirements. I tried my credit card concierge, unsuccessful after 2 weeks of back and forth. Tried another travel agency that never got back to me after several promises. Contacted Holdy Tours and had the flights for 4 passengers with exact specifications within my budget in my inbox the same day! Now they are booked and confirmed. Such a relief because it involved family coming in for our wedding! *sigh of relief*

Great agency, have been using them since 2001. Always comes back quickly and with a fair price. I don't want to be online trying to compare and select the best flight, is a pain, they are always my go to agency. Highly recommend.

Stay away! We recently used them to purchase tickets to Santiago and they will not change our itinerary for a reasonable price. The change fee they are quoting is way over what we see on airline website. The airline requires us to have the travel agent change the itinerary, so they have us locked in and it looks like we have to cough up the price they want for the change.

Holdy Tours is the place to go for your travel needs for South America. Our family of 5 wanted to book a tour of Peru for June (high season) and we came to Alicia at Holdy Tours only weeks before we wanted to depart. A wonderful package was put together for our family, and it is our most memorable trip to date. Alicia included in our itinerary sights that would interest my husband and I, as well as our 12, 9 and 7 year old. We had one glitch in the beginning of our trip, when we missed our connecting flight and had to stay in Houston overnight. Alicia was very responsive, looking for alternate connecting flights and seeing if there was availability at the same time we were standing in long lines at the Houston United customer service counters. In the end it was her attention to detail that got us on the flight to Lima the next day. The rest of our 3-week holiday went smoothly and was a complete pleasure. We learned so much as a family thanks to Holdy Tour's connections and the wonderful guides we had to show us around. We now have the South America bug and will use Holdy Tours again!
