Hobby Lobby

I hate writing reviews where I sound like a broken record especially when you got so many locations. To be honest I love Hobby Lobby. In any Hobby Lobby location, they are consistent in service, clean environment, merchandise and their deals/sales. Just two weeks ago my cousin from Hawaii wanted so bad to go to a Hobby Lobby. She owns a bakery in Hawaii and at this time 2024 has no Hobby Lobby in Hawaii. So she splurged in the baking section. What's great is it was 40% off at the time. I even spent on an empanada/dumpling press and round cookie cutters. There's always something for everyone. I LOVE IT!

They never ask or grab the next person in line. Employees walk to a register and everyone runs to the new line which is infuriating to someone that has been waiting! All made in China. Boycott!!!

I love, love , love this store. Bought some great things for the holidays. The lines are super long, but it went quick. I've learned if buying on Mondays and Saturday's expect long lines. The holiday season is upon us, and everyone is looking to buy.Great Customer Service, clean store and the savings are great!!!

They always have most of what I need for my modeling hobby. Sometimes it takes awhile to get assistant because they seem pretty busy especially if they are breaking down products from boxes.

This store is ghetto you think it would be nicer because of the location associates are rude and not friendly. And they're for sure racist. They're always Stocked though such a bummer probably because no one comes here. Not the first time I've had a bad experience here the managers are all super unprofessional as well

I love Hobby Lobby!!! Granted store is a bit messy and I think they have an abundance of overstock struggling to push out However I always find something every time I go in. Prices are great and staff is very friendly and helpful. I actually try not to go in and just browse unless I plan to buy stuff or need anything cause I'll end up spending money no matter what. I decorated my bathroom recently cause I moved and they had cute af mermaid decor and anchors Did the whole bathroom for under $60. Prob less than that.

Hobby Lobby's custom framing service is ridiculously overpriced and completely incompetent. I ordered two identical frames, small and simple with matting. The order was surprisingly expensive and took several weeks to complete. I drove from out of town to pick them up and was frustrated to find that only one was ready - because the employee made a mistake when putting in the order (I think his name was Kyle). The order was then adjusted by another employee, named Kevin. I had to send my mother to pick up the second frame a few weeks later (since I live an hour and a half away). When I received the second frame, it was completely wrong. Not only did it not match the first frame, but the craftsmanship was super shoddy and a sharp edge sliced open my finger. I called Hobby Lobby and explained the situation but was refused a refund and they didn't seem to care at all that they had caused so much trouble. BAD BUSINESS! 0/10 would not recommend.

This store is foul. I was shopping there last week and had a medical emergency while trying to exit. I somehow managed to purchase something but was completely confused and disoriented due to very low blood sugar. I was unable to exit the store and was threatened by an employee that if i didn't exit the store, they would call the police. Nobody asked me if I needed help or showed any concern.I have been a Diabetic for 54 years and have never been treated so disgustingly at a place of business in my life. I will NEVER shop there again. Really Christian of you!!

Hobby Lobby is a great store. There is always plenty of stock and selection. I love that I can always get a great deal and feel the price to value is always on spot. The service is not always perfect but we are all human and bound to have an off day. More often than not the employees are very helpful and friendly. Hobby Lobby is a rare place where you can find style and scripture. The music is always great too.

I can't believe nobody in this store knows anything about customer service the manger really are unbelievable the whole store needs to be retrained and shown how to handle customers even when they are right it's such a mess in that place I was afraid my son would get hurt none of the employees were welcoming at all this is the last time I will ever go to hobby lobby in Lodi I'm extremely disappointed in they way they treat customers never again
