I booked into this Hilton because they served Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving, when I was traveling.I didn't know anything else about the hotel. The hotel restaurant was cozy and beautiful. Thanksgiving dinner was great!!!My hotel room was very quiet, and the beds and pillows were super luxurious. The shower was quite elegant, with sliding glass doors and tile. The soap, shampoo '& conditioner is from Crabtree & Evelyn. It was also luxurious, making me want to order some.I recommend this hotel sell Crabtree & Evelyn for us hotel guests. The room card key is such that you need to use it in the elevators, which will only take you to your floor.I actually liked this very much. This is a classy hotel, for a classy room fee. At least the luxurious ambience makes it worth it.

First encounter: 3/14 first night same lady when checking in asked me to put a credit card on file for security deposit so then to say my job is paying for this hotel so their card should be put on for security deposit can you give me a minute to call them and can I go ahead and get my room . she said there needs to be a card on file for security deposit she repeated that 3x times after the third time she repeated herself with the exact same things I said I understand what you are saying but you are not listening to my question so then her manager had to step in to excess and Overtake the situation. Second encounter 3/16 checkin lady failed to bring with her a good attitude to work as a silver member of the Hilton club I asked for my complementary waters and she rudely said well my manager already checked you in, and I'm pretty sure she already gave them to you. I was asking bc she had not given them to me and then her manager had to step in AGAIN to actually take care of the situation bc the manager herself saw that her employee had brought a bad attitude to work tonight -for the late shift at 8 pm. / I'm leaving this as a draft bc I feel I willBe posting more. Hopefully not! This lady is bad for business this is the first time staying in concord, ca but I will avoid it if possible on future 12 night business trip.

WHY I WENT HERE:- business tripTHE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE):- located off Diamond Blvd and Willow Way- walking distance of the Veranda shopping center- short drive from Trader Joe's and Whole FoodsTHE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE):- definitely the type of hotel you have conferences and events; this place is huge!- modern and casual look throughout- huge lobby/eating/seating area- fitness center had a mix of weights and cardio machines- outdoor pool looked nice but I didn't partake- room was very spacious and modern; the AC to me didn't blow as cold as I wanted (despite the temperature indicated on the thermostat) and I felt like my room ran pretty hot- loved the "welcome" banner personalization on the room TVCUSTOMER SERVICE:- unfortunately wasn't able to use the Hilton App to utilize the Digital Key; had to go to the front desk to get issued an old-fashioned key card (once I did that of course my digital key worked)

I stayed at the Hilton in concord for the first time under the stressful circumstances and Shani from the front desk really made my experience lighter. She was EXTREMELY kind and generous. She helped he deal with not so friendly, very rude customer service rep who worked for Priceline.com. The room itself was alright although it had a bathtub so that was a huge plus for me. But I wasted to say thank you so much to the Hilton but especially Shani for being my main line of contact during a very hard time in my life.

I was in town for a wedding and the bride reserved blocked rooms at this hotel. I was not satisfied or impressed with my stay. Pros: - close to the freeway - various restaurants and shops within walking distance, there's even a large mall about a mile away - good breakfast buffet at the restaurant on the weekends for $22 (staff was friendly and prompt) Cons: - poor seal around the window resulting in air and outside noise coming through- poor renovation of the room with chipped wood around the cabinet, dirty carpet, stains on the bedsheets, and minimal room amenities (only got 2 towels in the bathroom, no cups, and no body lotion)- walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway - they charge a ridiculous $19 per night to park in the outdoor, uncovered lot in front of the hotel - overpriced rooms even with the group rate (paid $179 per night but with tax and additional fees it was $200 per night) - it's hard to reach someone at the front desk (the phone often rang and rang with nobody picking up the line) - shady people coming in and out of the hotel, did not feel safe walking around by myself Despite being a Hilton honors member, I would not stay here again.

Hotel is in a good location, clean rooms and quiet. Lobby is nice and parking is secure.Restaurant on site is a different story. Flight was delayed so got in late, just figured I'd Head to the restaurant and grab some coffee and a quick bite to eat. Was 30 mins before close. Was,seated at the bar and given a water. I was the only person in the place. Was told they close at 845, so I asked for a coffee and a burger, figuring easy. Was told they don't have any coffee, I said you could make coffee, but was told no, it would be a waste. Figured at that point they didn't want to serve me so I left. Returned for breakfast and it was mobbed. One per waitress seating people, taking orders, running food and bussing tables. The complete opposite of the staff at night.

This is located in concord near shopping centers and restaurants. Very convenient for people on vacation. The area is very quiet. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. And you can get connecting rooms which is what me and my family got. The staff are very friendly. The price during our stay was not bad. It also depends on the season and days you are staying. There is a parking fee like almost all hotels do.

Customer service was great! Our room was very clean. The battery to our fire alarm needed to be replaced and they took care of it right away. It was an awesome stay.

I'm a Hilton Honors member, have stayed in many Hiltons and this was the worst! Upon check in they don't tell you to use your room key to get the elevator to move. Also don't acknowledge that you're an Honors member. There is no food service delivery allowed, you must go downstairs to get it, referring to DoorDash type services. No microwaves in the room, but they tell you to come downstairs. No free coffee, even though I wouldn't drink it. The Hearing/AC unit was so noisy, you can't sleep with it on. I'd never stay here again, there are much better choices! I'm in hospitality myself, it doesn't exist at this location! The worst 12 day stay ever! There was one pleasant associate, a lovely African American woman who worked mornings. Wish I had her name!

Omg they had a fire alarm to evaluate the building, which was called off after I panicked. I couldn't find the stairs. I was on the 6th fl.I called the front desk and they were very rude. They acted like it was no big deal. When you lose your only sibling in a house fire it's a big deal when you feel like you can't get to the bottom floor. No signs where the stairs are at least I didn't see one. I will never stay here again.
