Healthy Spot Tracy

My friend introduced me to this spot and I'm really glad I got to try it! I got the Oreo protein waffles and at 24g of protein, I was pleasantly surprised at how moist and soft the inside of the waffles were ! I was afraid they would be dry but they weren't at all :D they also tasted really good, which made it a really nice post-workout snack that wasn't too sweet heheReally friendly customer service and they always seem to have decorations and nice lighting up !

Me and hubby went out for a morning walk with our pup as we arrived walking in we were greeted right off the bat (I like that) the gentleman introduced his menu and popular items I'm not a big smoothie person but I gave it a try I picked chubby hubby lol I believe it's called my hubby got banana coconut. I say I think I'll try there teas next time. But if your a smoothie person for sure the smoothly has rich flavors and perfect blend just not for me. The cool thing is they offer Puppuccino our dog couldn't get enough of it. Vibes were cool customer service was great looks still new I love there decor and beautiful colors

Decided to stop by here one morning. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we have ever been here before, the wonderful employee broke down what each menu item was and asked if we had any questions. He was very patient and helpful. He stated even though most of the protein shakes were very sweet they had no sugar. I got the strawberry cheesecake shake and my boyfriend got the mint chocolate chip shake. The taste was very delicious and yes they were sweet and I loved every sweet taste of it . I will definitely be back to try out more flavors.

Great, healthy shakes! Have yet to try the bowls, but that is coming. All shakes are non-dairy, low sugar, with protein! I've been trying a different flavor each time and have enjoyed all so far (java, pineapple coconut, butterfinger, butter pecan, etc.). Very friendly folks and they have a rewards program here!Ample parking, too. Just wish they had longer hours on the weekends.

Found the healthy spot and wanted to give it a try! All their drinks look delicious online. Coming in, I wasn't aware that this is mostly a protein milkshake place. Judging from the name I thought it was going to offer a variety of healthy selections. The person in charge was very kind and explained the menu to us because it was our first time there. He made a mini sample for my friends child and even offered stickers! He also really cared about our satisfaction and offered us a $5 off card for the next time we come in.We gave it a shot, but we wished there was non protein options for drinks. The drinks tasted good but you can still taste the protein. This would probably be a great spot for people that regularly work out, but for a regular person that doesn't care about protein intake, I wished there was smoothies or a non protein option. Overall lovely people, nicely decorated place, and cool idea! It just needs to be advertised as a protein shake place for people who come across it on Yelp

Delicious pumpkin cheesecake shake and these protein waffles are fantastic! The donuts are almost too cute to eat! Great family owned business and their service was phenomenal. They explained everything on the menu to me and also wanted me to try the shake first to make sure it was how I wanted it. Highly recommend!

Found a great little spot in Tracy to grab a healthy smoothie or snack. Protein drinks normally taste nasty but these guys have mastered the art of making one taste delicious. I enjoy the peanut butter chocolate banana recovery shake. Hits the spot every time post work out. I hope more people discover this great place and support it.
