Delivery guy scratched my floors when bringing in my fridge.
Still no ice after changing the ice maker and water value . The owner will not fix it right .
The tech came to replace the ice maker after 3.5 weeks and it was the wrong color and the parts didn't fit .
Tech has no knowledge of how to fix a ice maker . He was putting on the water valve wrong .
Big gaps after they left didn't put it back tighter right
Wires are all rigged and taped...coils are junk...all dented up

I'm very in disappoint!!! They are not honest and be careful with the Appliance. There is a dent, I asked to refund some the money, they said no. Wow. They will get bad karma in their business! If want be good business??? then please damn be careful with the Appliance look keep nice! SMH. See a picture.

Tried giving these people a second try after 7 years! Worst customer service in Stockton. Would be nice if they checked to see if the appliance in my case "Stove" is working before delivering. Total waste of time with them. As a manager I would have given a apology call and offered a replacement stove but nothing was done. Was supposed to get it repaired and delivered 2 days later but they failed to do so. I was the only one reaching out So I called for my money back which I got back and took my money to a different place 5 mins away from them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE

Horrible customer service I bought a used kenmore washer dryer set. They never bought the lint trap like the said. Dryer went out about 3 weeks ago less than a year of buying. They are not getting back to me on when they can repair. They told me that the dryer still had a few years or more. Totally horrible customer service I'm having to hang dry all my clothes. Don't go here.

Thought I was doing a good thing by purchasing from a small local business but it is my worst regret by far. Purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer set. Here were the issuesFloors were scratched during delivery (kept quiet about this)Washer and fridge were set up and connected to water line but dryer was placed in the installed position with no vent attached!When I went to use the dryer for the first time it did not spin at all, it just hummed. Contacted their office manager who said they would come look at it. Days later still no phone call. Tried contacting them again at to which point they stopped responding.Here we are a month later and tired of laundromats I paid for an appliance repair which cost $270 for a new dryer motor and blower.In the meantime the fridge has started making a loud buzzing noise off and on...Do not waste your money or time. Will probably be taking a legal route next.

Whenever you try to get a service call they never call you back...it's been a week and it's like they don't give a shit about their customers. Bough washer dryer and fridge from them and both the fridge and washer are out and I can't do anything because they won't call me back, email me back, or come fix it.

ZERO STARS! Believe the reviews. This place is ghetto, extremely unprofessional and they are impossible to get in contact with. The lady is very rude and will hang up on you if she don't want to hear your concerns. Also, the delivery drivers are sketchy. They literally drag the appliances off their truck and won't answer either. We ended our lease after only a few months because they replaced our dryer with another lemon and that one stopped working too! Very bad business. Save yourself the headache and waste of time.

I have been speaking with the person online through Facebook marketplace. They had the exact dryer that I needed. I made arrangements to go to Stockton which is about an hour and a half from where I live. I arrived at the place and noticed that my drawer was sitting right out in front. I thought it was all ready to load up. The tech said let's test it out before you take it away. He tested the dryer and there was no heat. That sent up a red flag for me. Why would you have me come this far without testing the dryer that I had already selected? He then said it would take 10 minutes to fix the problem. After waiting for 3 minutes I decided against it. Why should I pay out $250 for something that's being fixed at the last minute? Never again.
