I can't recommend Havana Catering enough! I've worked with them multiple times for large corporate events across multiple locations--including Concord, Walnut Creek, San Jose, Oakland, and Berkeley--and they have delivered flawlessly every time.From the start, Rachel and her team have been incredible to work with. Communication via email is always quick, clear, and efficient, making planning a breeze. The food arrives on time, perfectly labeled, and the delivery drivers are courteous and professional.As for the food--absolutely delicious and a hit with every crowd! Their menu offers something for everyone, including great vegetarian options, ensuring all our guests are accommodated. We've never had to worry about quality or variety because every dish is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.If you need reliable, top-notch catering with stellar service, Havana Catering is the way to go. I used Havana for a holiday party and the price was super approachable for the quality of the cuisine. The guy that delivered the food was super helpful and set the dishes up. I will say the initial contact with the sales team left me turned off. But other than that, I'd use them again based solely on the food.

Havana Catered my mother's surprise party for her 60th. The party was in Oakley and the Havana staff delivered the food on time, displayed it, and showed us all of the fixings! Upon making my entree selections, Rachel gave great recommendations and let me know which dishes were popular too. The food itself was excellent. We had nothing but rave reviews from our guests. The pork with the jalapeño sauce was a crowd favorite and we had hardly any leftovers. We would definitely recommend Havana for any of your catering or dining needs. We ordered Havana Catering for a big meeting we had last month, and I have never received so many positive reviews on catering than with Havana. I STILL get tons of comments about how much everyone loved the food.The food was AMAZING, and despite us being a bit far in San Ramon, everything was so fresh and delicious. We have a lot of dietary restrictions in our office (GF, vegan, vegetarian, etc.) so I loved how the delivery staff came with little cards to label each food already! Additionally, their delivery staff is kind, helpful and very efficient in their set-up process.I'm definitely going to be ordering again, for both personal and corporate events!

I used Havana Catering for a large group lunch in Vallejo. They were nothing short of amazing!! The ordering and scheduling was easy, they were helpful and knowledgeable! The delivery was exceptional, they even put nice menu cards in front of each dish to label and explain contents! I will definitely use them again! I heard their sandwiches are excellent!!

I would like to thank Havana for the fantastic food and service that we received this last year. Our Thanksgiving dinner included the BBQ Ribs and the poblano mac and cheese that were exceptional additions to the menu! Sadly, we lost our grandson in early December, and I was able to quickly plan out a menu for the family gathering and the viewing. Rachel was very responsive to my texts and made it easy to plan this out. Everyone was commenting how delicious the food was. Havana is my go-to for any large meal planning or family gathering.Thank you!!

The pickup was so easy and efficient. I showed up earlier than my pickup time because I didn't want to be late, and they had all my food ready and loaded into my trunk for me. I was handed a copy of the receipt so I could easily check the items and sauces. Most of the food was still warm when I got home. We did have to reheat the crispy mojo chicken because it got a little bit soggy by the time we ate. I love the attention to detail where they gave me labels for all the dishes, and those tell me which sauce is served with what dish.I ordered the 2 tapas 2 entrees with side and salad for 10 people. The food was reasonably priced, good portions, and I liked the variety of flavors and textures. Since it was our first time catering from Havana, I picked a little of everything to try. There's so many other things on the menu that sounded good. I look forward to trying their empanadas and ceviche. My favorite thing we got were the crispy mojo chicken, skewers, and mango spinach salad. My husband liked the Lechon roast pork the most, but it's not the Lechon I am used to, this Lechon is more like pulled pork. Each dish came with generous portions of sauce, which I really liked. We love sauces and I use them on other dishes at home after we finished the catered food. We were not fans of their sofrito rice, it was on the dry side. But everything else really was exceeding my expectations. I can't wait to order again!

I have enjoyed working with the Havana team over the past year. I work on behalf of a venue where Havana is a preferred caterer. The team is communicative, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. A special shoutout to Rachel, who is a great Catering Sales Manager and is quick to answer my emails and requests, and Antonio, who does a great job of setup and teardown when he arrives on site.

Unbelievable food! Salads, tapas, side orders, and main courses were delicious. Everyone at the party was very impressed with the flavor and tenderness of each plate. I would highly recommend Havana for any event.
