Happy Daze Rv's

They have had my trailer for over 2Months. No one has contacted me about what repairs will look like and no one responds to messages or calls. I have actually walked in to address this and got no where. Ridiculously awful customer Service!! I am paying a monthly note for a camper I cannot use or make future plans to use. I will go pick it up as is (broken ) and take it to an independent camperRepair person . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Initial impressions with the sales department is mixed at this point. Too early to tell but I'll update as things progress....if they progress... Happy Daze was recommended by a coworker so there was that positive. I inquired about a specific model and my sales persons checked and stated to me the model I was interested in would be arriving at their lot in about a week. I'll loop back with an update on further communications, exchanges and if the model I was interested will actually arrive in about a week....Stay tuned.

Do not do business with them. They do not honor their quotes and they say they price match but they don't. And if they do price match they try to take your money and penalize you for it. I was quoted one payment based on their 15000$ price but when I found the trailer cheaper at another place Bob said they would price match but the down payment would be more. And they proceeded to bad mouth the other dealerships ! Which doesn't math right. Bob assumed we couldn't get a trailer unless we financed but he completely missed when I said we could pay cash but wanted to build my husband's credit so we WANTED to finance. Bob assumed and treated us bad when we didn't want so sign immediately. Terrible place. Their trailers are dirty and over priced. Go to Camping World. We ended up getting a 2024 Coleman. They have a credit specialist who will work with you and sales people who listen.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. I had a great experience getting repairs done under warranty and I did not even buy my trailer from them.I called several other places and they all refused to help me because I did not buy my trailer from them. Happy daze, however, immediately scheduled me and worked with Forest River to get the warranty work approved. The whole process took about three months because appointment was 2 months out and another month to perform the repairs. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and I am usually hard to please. For some minor issues warranty denied, they tried to mend and make it better which was icing on the cake. Thanks to service advisor Steven who managed the whole process very well.

Brought my travel in for repairs in August got it back Dec. 29. Customer service and communication is non existent. Repair was half ass. Do not use their service department. You will not be happy.

Happy Daze is a super clean lot with a large business office. The guys there are very honest and knowledgeable. Our sales guy Steve was great. We will definitely be back when we are due to upgrade!

We picked up our Grand Design 375RES last weekend, and the experience was fantastic! The team--Ralph, Jerry, Josh, and Georgia--were absolutely great.This is the second unit we've purchased from the Sacramento location, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Ralph took the time to listen to our family's needs and made it happen. We truly appreciate his honesty and straightforward approach.Good old-fashioned customer service goes a long way these days, and they delivered!Highly recommend!

The sales and service were awesome, quality of RV's is great and when I needed warranty repairs they were done in a timely manner

We should have trusted the reviews before buying. After they sell to you, they ghost hard. Especially our sales man Jerry Christine. He says he will be there for any concerns or any questions but as soon as the real issues arise which happened fairly quickly after purchase, you can't get a hold of him. No matter how many times you call or wait. He sold us the insurance and wouldnt take no as an answer. Even after telling him NO about a hundred times. He even mentioned how 99% of people get it, trying to get me and he did unfortunately. After a lot of pursuing he sold us the insurance. It is a rip off since it's worse the dmv to get an appointment is booked months in advance. We waited three months for our apt. Instead I paid out of pocket to have someone come fix it instead. You have to bring it to the dealership to fix it, which is convenient . Another major problem, our trailer clearly came with problems like leakish problems under the kitchen sink and the toilet cluing up every week, the first week we got it. Lastly, the appointment system for the insurance you pay so much for is useless and minimum two month wait period. Horrible. Should've read the reviews. Super disappointed in Jerry Christine for never calling back on all the voicemails I left and emails. The entire team for selling a broken trailer. What a waste of money.

I'm having to take Happy DAZE RV to court to get my $10,000 deposit back for an RV that I never took delivery of. I was never illegal owner the owner and his son RJ are stating fact that aren't true. They are doing 1960s business. Everybody was nice as pie until you didn't want to do business with them. I was in the automotive industry for 30 years I wouldn't spend a red scent with these folks.
