Literally the WORST service experience ever. Took rv in for general inspection and an A/C that was not blowing cold air, a leak under the coach and several other small items. There was ZERO communication from Jim (service tech) about what was really needed to be done prior, during and after service. Even when I refused several service items there was no discussion about what really was needed besides a new toilet and A/C. Upon bringing coach home, the toilet was not re-installed properly, the A/C unit cover was not bolted back on and almost blew off on the highway, the A/C motor that used to work was now broken and not blowing any air. After a couple of days to think about it, I called on 7/13/24 and spoke with a service tech and was told the service manager would call me on 7/15/24. Monday comes, no call. I call and leave a message no return call, wait a couple days and do the same on 7/17/24 asking that either the service or general manager call me back...crickets. Now out of town on vacation on 7/22/24 I have to call back. Jim answers again and I say I need the service manager. He won't transfer unless I give all my info. Call gets cut off as again on vacation in bad reception. This time I get Bernard. Same thing wants all my info as to not have service manager be blind to my call. Frank (service manager) open to discus at first my toilet. I complain about it not being out on properly and he tells me it was because it was rusted out and he has pictures to prove it. None of this was discussed with me nor were I shown any pictures. But instead get back a toilet that does not seat properly. Again the initial leak complaint was from under the coach. Was never told leak was between toilet and tank. Second, we get onto the A/C. Initially Was told needed new unit as a line burst. Nothing more. Upon speaking with Frank, it was a bad motor and burst Freon line according to his report. If motor was bad why did it blow air when I took in? Only complaint was no cold air. Through the conversation with Frank I did get upset, and Frank proceeded to brag on how reputable and busy they are and they don' t need to create work. Check your reviews first. Frank did end the call with me as he felt I was accusing him of lying. Never did I say that. Even if things needed to be replaced or repaired there should have been better communication before service was started by Jim to confirm what was or was not working prior to any service being done. Communication during service and calls back when messages are left. Finally a better job could have been done putting things back together and cleaning up their mess.

If you guys want to buy a brand new RV from this dealer who doesn't take care of customers after selling, (Their delivery list doesn't mean anything to them! ) go ahead and buy from them. Their service department didn't fix my issues on a brand new RV I bought from them. I had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed.

We were told we needed three new roof vents.When we came in for our appointment only two came in. We were not notified of this and had to reschedule a week later.After waiting for 2.5 hours we were told the vents were installed.When we asked how many, only two were installed. It took almost a half hour before they found the third vent to install.Then we get the bill only to discover they charged us for vents we already paid for.I had to show my credit card statement to prove we paid for all three vents. We would have been charged twice.We were told the job would take an hour. We were charged for 1.5 hours which was an extra $100.As I was driving home, one of the new vents flew open. Apparently the vent closing mechanism was stripped.After spending over $400 to new install vents I needed to order a closing mechanism on my own and install it myself.From my perspective I should have offered more than an apology for this lousy customer service.It appears the parts department and the service department have zero communication, and computer integration with each other. You can be sure I'm never going back there. If you need your RV repaired go somewhere else. They couldn't even install three new vents that work.

This review applies to the Ripon, CA location only. We recently took our Heartland Bighorn in for some routine service. We were thrilled to see such a large modern facility so close to our home town. What makes us even happier is that we received amazing service from our service advisor, Caroline Morales. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I stressed from the beginning that we weren't in a huge hurry, however, I needed communication from her regularly. She did not disappoint! I need to give another huge shout out to our service tech, Felipe. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair what had previously been missed diagnosed! In addition, he did a few other routine service checks to make sure that everything was travel ready. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommend if you do visit that you ask for Caroline and Felipe.

We had 2 trailors that we traded in for 1. Got ripped off. The trailor we got had a lot of hidden stuff wrong with it. I would not recommend this place.

I would give this place a ZERO!!!! I would have to say this is the worst RV place I have ever seen in my life. Dropped our trailer off for an "estimate" was there for over three months AND GOT RAT INFESTED IN ALL OF OUR STUFF....... and they damaged everything on the inside broke and the slides, broke glass light fixtures, and what a nightmare the manager is!! Highly would not take your trailer or motorhome here. Do not recommend. I'd rather drive out of state for any repairs then go here...THIS IS ON THEM. And they still had the nerve to charge us money! I'm so sick over this.

Upon delivery the doors were off the hinges causing hinges to snap and break as well as damage to the door and inside. We brought the is to attention before even taking delivery for it not to be fixed is just plain ignoring us. The metal under the step was bent up and the over all craftsmanship of the assembly was poor. They also didn't replace the toilet seat that was obviously stepped on to do repairs to doors vents etc it's still not replaced on this 50,000 trailer. To top it off they up and moved from Livermore Donnie to service we have to drive hours away. They never responded to our messages about the damages and will not call back. Do not trust this dealership they lied and didn't take care of customer. We also noticed blown fuses in the ac as if they were running it all day to show customers the rig. Basically purchased a used "new" rv. There is a reason there's so many bad reviews go anywhere but here they won't even respond 1 hour after payment is complete and service center won't return calls.
