My father had a great experience with this business. While online communication was a little rough, once they met in person the experience was amazing. Nick had a part waiting for my father and made it a top priority to get him in and out as quickly as possible. All other employees are kind as well. Nick is very knowledgeable about vehicles.

A big surprise that they actually got as many good yelps as I see here. I purchased a part that I had no idea I would not be able to actually use in my car which I over paid for at a hundred dollars. Ii wasn't able to get my money back but was offered a fair exchange for a part l bought brand new 12 dollars they offered to exchange it for 70 dollars but said they would sell it to me for 50? I will be reporting them as straight up crooks who take advantage of people when ever possible. I am taking a hundred dollar loss because I refuse to do any further business with them. I was treated like a second rate citizen , it should be criminal that their doors are open for business. It's beyond disturbing places like this exist. A one star is accurate try NO STAR!!!

My car had been broken into and the window smashed. My car is a 2003, so it was very hard finding a company that had new glass and was available to install. Happy auto parts was recommended by one of the installation companies as an alternative to new glass. I called and was told they had it in stock and the price. I immediately drove to get it and it was what I needed for the price they quoted. I was in and out in no time and very happy with the service. I would recommend checking them out if you are in need of used auto parts.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT come here.... I came to buy an AC compressor for my 2018 Honda civic and they sold me an AC compressor for a 2016 type R. When I noticed it wasn't the same I called to let them know and they said I couldn't come exchange cause they were closed even thought it was only 2 pm and they closed at 3 pm. They tried to also tell me that they had never sold any AC compressors that day even though I had just bought it that day 1hr before. When I finally arrived the guy tried to say that I had given them the wrong info about my car and said it was my fault. He argued that the year of the part shouldn't matter and that it should still work which my mechanic explained that they are completely different. After the altercation got more intense he decided to throw my money back to me... something I would have never imagined could happen to a customer. Please be careful if you are ever interested in purchasing anything from this place, save your time and money because they will definitely exploit you.

Called about some rims for my Volvo XC60, which they confirmed were in stock. I wasn't able to drive there before closing time on a Saturday (closed Sundays), but they offered to hold for a week without charging a fee. Arrived the following week, and was greeted warmly by staff member. They got the rims off, which included what appears to be fairly brand new tires. Got two rims in great shape with the tires at an AMAZING price!!!Friendly, affordable, great service!! You guys are the best!!
