The staff was very nice and welcoming, but the pedicure was just not good. It's a sloppy paint job and poor shaping of my cuticles and big toe. The picture says it all.

This place is horrendous. I went to get a soak off on my acrylics today, called before I went to get pricing. Told me $10 over the phone. I got there, the lady was so rough with me, she started clipping my nails and then proceeded to use nails to get my acrylics off, I pulled my hand & told her I came in for a soak off, not this then she said yeah okay we'll do soak off, $15. I just agreed because I wanted to get out of there. She then proceeded to put my hands into a bowl of acetone placed a towel over my hands. I waited for 10 mins and she got upset the acetone wasn't working so continued to use the nails to take off my acrylics. She filed, cut and buffed my nails out but was very rude and rough. I got to the front counter to pay, the guy said $15, no receipt. Checked my bank account when I left and they charged me $16. disappointed is an understatement

Nancy did a wonderful job doing a gel fill for me, her station is very clean and she is very professional, you can tell she cares about the work she puts out there and wants to satisfy her customers. Thank you again Nancy! Be sure to book with her!

I came to this salon a few years ago and was skeptical to try it again since the first time I went was awful. After yesterday, I know exactly why I never came back. I asked for a color on the swatches and the lady came back with 2 other bottles that weren't the color I requested. I kept asking if they were out of the color I wanted and she kept saying "it's the same". I then asked for a different color and she came back with the SAME colors I didn't request. I kept saying that's not the color I requested and if she could bring me the one I want. She then gave me disposable flip-flops, and made me walk to the wall of polishes and told me "go choose", I was in shock. I went back to my chair and told her to do white. The application of polish was awful and I kept staring at it and she said "I'll file I'll file". After she was done, she went in with the cuticle cutters and nipped me pretty bad (as you can see in the pictures). She kept trying to wipe the blood, and didn't even apologize for cutting me. She left a tiny piece of tissue in the cuts place and proceeded to put on my shoes. Today, my toe is bruised and red from her digging into the side of my nail. I didn't even have an ingrown for her to be digging!! I will never be back and I advise you not to go here.

*** visited this business 5 years ago...I needed a convenient place to meet my sister for pedicures. I had hoped things had changed, turnover or new owners.--------Worst pedicure I've ever had. I cannot complain enough about my sister's and my experience today. Look for her review too. Pedicures should not hurt: removal of my old gel polish, cuticle pushing/removal, pulling off vs trimming skin, trimming of nails, filing of nails, all of it hurt. The skin around my toe nails is red and or raw. She pulled at skin/hang nails. Pedicure 2 came with massage, callous removal, paraffin wax dip, "mud/mask". The spa like pedicure was more like a basic pedicure. My nails on each foot are different shapes, toenails different lengths. Unable to communicate with nail tech, spoke no English. She didn't understand when I said ouch, or that hurts. I asked for one coat of glitter polish and she wanted to put a different color underneath, I said no, even hand gestures didn't help. I finally had to be abrupt and raise my voice, my "no". I now have 4-5 coats of glitter polish. I'll deal with. The salon is set up for lots of customers not conducive for people getting pedicures together to visit, sit next to each other. I had an appointment but there was still a wait. They packed more customers in than there were nail technicians. The guy kept saying it'll be 10 minutes to everyone who came in. Tons of customers, not enough technicians. My sister also had a poor experience. Again the technician spoke little to no English, didn't follow instructions. My sister got done before me. Her nails looked like a child had painted her nails and her nails were uneven, misshapen. Once the technician was done she went over to whisper to someone else, it was obvious that she was talking about my sister/us. She eyed her then said "bitch" looked at my sister. We both saw this. No communication throughout like hello, how are you, thank you, zero. The salon is messy, disorganized, not filthy but not clean. Poor customer service. I called Thursday to make appointment, rude phone interaction, man cut me off. I called Friday to reconfirm and he was a bit more professional. When I paid, there was no thank you. I will never visit this salon again, I recommend you don't either.

so went into happiness nails this morning needed a fill I walked in. I saw the price list and it said $25 for an acrylic fill. She did an OK job. I asked her if she can paint my toenails with the same color but not gel just regular nail polish she said OK. I left there paying $61. Five dollars of it was a tip I mentioned to the owner your refill are $25. He said yes but you got gel. I just walked out. I didn't wanna make a scene, but that is false advertising. You should not place a price on your menu if that is not what you're gonna charge. Anyway, won't go back there again.

Don't come here for French tips, they all got mad because nobody there could do a simple French tip on my toes. They do not know how to do French tips I had to leave.

Only leaving 2 stars because the first time I came I really liked my nails which is the reason I came back. I walked in on a Saturday and asked if they had availability for a gel manicure, they said yes and a lady started doing my nails. As she was removing my gel polish, 6 little girls arrived for a pre-scheduled appointment. The lady stopped doing my nails and I was moved to a chair where the male owner took over. Everything felt rushed and there was gel polish all over my skin which burns when cured with the lamp. I understand I did not have an appointment, but I wish they would turn people away if they don't have enough employees instead of providing sub-par, rushed service. I paid for my service but did not tip (that says a lot because I ALWAYS tip) Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Nancy is the best!! I always book ahead of time with her and she takes her time to make sure my nails are perfect. My nails have become so healthy and strong since she started working on them. I get hard gel on my nails, and she takes the time to make sure that the application and removal is done properly every time. I am constantly washing my hands and quite rough with my nails at work but they last well past 2 weeks and stay in great condition.
