Second visit to Fairfield Toyota, worth the 15 minute drive from Vallejo. The service here is just day and night so much more friendlier! The first service I got an oil change and inspection on my 200,000 mile plus commuter vehicle.Highly recommend if you're looking for some quality and service, like real good service on a toyota!

I wish I could give this dealership less than one star. Absolute worst customer service and gameplaying I've ever been exposed to in the car dealership business, starting with the GM David who did not want to do anything but be condescending and rude. I know I will never buy from them and it would advise everyone to follow suit.

Hanlees Fairfield Toyota is one of the worst Toyota dealerships out there. The management, service advisors and technicians are inexperienced and incompetent when it comes to the simplest things. Some background, I have a 2022 4Runner SR5. Everything on the vehicle is standard and the only thing done to the vehicle is the addition of a skid plate that mounts directly under the oil filter to protect that underside of the vehicle. I brought my car in for an oil change and spent a couple hours at the dealership only to be told by the service advisor, Christopher Morales, that my car had "serious issues" and that they could not change my oil. At first he told me that they couldn't get the filter off and that there was a broken screw, next it was my skid plate and stripped screws. When I began to question them they said they were not going to work on my car anymore and that they had put everything back the way it was. Previously I had taken this car to the Roseville dealership, so they decided to blame it on them for stripping the screws that support the skid plate. After I asked them why they didn't offer me a solution to fix it, they said that their technician was not qualified to do anything but oil changes. At this point they told me to leave and that they were not willing to do anything else. Being frustrated, I left home and noticed that my skid plate was put back on completely tilted and wasn't even sitting correctly on the underside of the car (see picture). I came back the next morning and approached the service advisor and explained to him what happened. Christopher was smiling at me as if what I was saying was crazy. I asked to speak to the manager and he told the advisor to take the car into the shop. After a short 10 minutes the car was back out. I looked at the car to find that they aligned the skid plate back correctly but didn't fully tighten the screws. The manager, Ryan (The dealership would not provide his last name), came outside and told me there was nothing he would do and that the screws were stripped and would not come out. Ryan told me that it was the previous dealerships fault and that they would not take responsibility stating that "they did not touch it". I asked him how they could have not touched it if they tried to remove it and it was evident that they tried to remove it by force. The instructions on the skid plate installation say to use a torque wrench when removing and attaching. He did not deny that they used an air gun but kept repeating that "they did not touch" the car or the skid plate. I asked him who's as going to fix it and he said that he would not cover it but would charge me $450 to fix it. All he was able to do was repeat that they did not touch it and just walked away after I said who was going to take responsibility. I scheduled an appointment with Roseville to follow up. While I waited to take the car to Roseville, I took the skid plate off myself and none of the screws were stripped (see picture). I was able to put back the skid plate and tighten the screws with a torque wrench to the specified torque. Roseville took the car in, noticed the service history and laughed at Fairfield for not being able to remove a skid plate. Roseville managed to remove it and change my oil with no issue. I spent time and had to drive all the way up to Roseville to have a competent and knowledgeable technician change my oil. Fairfield is full of rude, terrible and incompetent personnel. I would stay away from this dealership unless you want issues and want to pay unnecessary fees because they lack the brain power to remove a few screws. Corporate Toyota was contacted because of this issue. Ryan and Christopher have been reported.

I had a problem with Toyota motor credit which is separate from all the Toyota dealerships because of franchising rights.I've been trying to transfer ownership of my dad's car into my name because he is in a rehab home now. I walked into Hanlee's looking for some help and even though she did not need to help me the service manager Lisa Henry asked me to follow her into her office so she can assist me. After spending an hour waiting for Toyota Motor Credit to answer the phone she spoke with them and help me get pointed in the right direction. Lisa Henry is a great customer service leader at Hanlee's and is also a great leader and all around great person! Thank you Lisa for helping me because I had nowhere to turn!Tito CarranzaSan Antonio Tx

Hi, I want to leave a short note and thank you to Ryan for his support and direction with getting our 2008 Rav4 repainted. I walked in to the Hanlees Service area where Ryan greeted me. I asked him if I needed to talk to a Regional Manager about a warranty issue with the paint on our 2008 Rav4 - no worries he said. He accessed our records from the old Momentum database, identified our 2008 Rav4, and said yes your Rav4 qualifies for Toyota's recall. And, your car has backseat seatbelts that need to be fixed. In 5 minutes he had me scheduled to fix the seatbelts and provided information on a autobody shop in town, Integrity, that would inspect the car and provide Toyota a quote for review and approval. And, knowing the repaint work could take several weeks he let me know that Hanlees would provide a rental car.Ryan made the whole process seamless. Integrity Auto Collision Center were excellent with Maggie reviewing the car, explaining what would be reported to Toyota. Ryan called me several days later to say Integrity's quote was approved and to bring the car into Hanlees for the seatbelt repair and then over to Integrity along with a rental car. A few days later Ryan called to say the car was ready for pickup. A great experience - thank you, Ryan!

My family was searching for a vehicle for my daughter and decided on a RAV4. When contacting Hanlees Fairfield for an appointment to check out their current inventory, we were put into contact with Olivia and scheduled an appointment. Olivia showed us both their brand-new inventory as well as the pre-owned cars they had available and we decided to take them both for test drives. After we found a vehicle that suited our needs and our budget, Hanlees Fairfield was very accommodating of our situational needs and special circumstances regarding the vehicle purchase without question. I would highly recommend shopping at Hanlees Fairfield--you will be in good hands.

I've had two issues recently on my 2007 Corolla that many would consider minor. The latest was to confirm which fuse had blown and replace it. I had tried at home but could not get into position to access the fuse box under the instrument panel. As in prior issue I went to Hanlees Fairfield Toyota and presented my problem. The Service Dept. requested the Parts Dept to help me. And help me they did. Quickly. Graciously. And with Smile and Handshake. Many of us complain about service "these days." But I want to call attention to the wonderful attention I've received from Hanlees Fairfield.
