A little arts in the Hacienda gathering different types of vendors set up their booths people free to come out and enjoy what the community has to offer. There is a shaved ice truck, Olympia truck, Wolfe Art, new York life. A bit small but still something good to come out and see live DJ as well

Nice attractive office complex with plenty of parking for customers and staff. Good location right on Pershing Ave. They gave me a great deal on a lease and they painted the entire space in my choice of colors before I moved in, at no charge to me. I looked at a lot of other spaces in town before leasing here and this place was the best bang for the buck. The onsite maintenance crew is an added bonus. I forgot my key once and it was great that they were there to let me in so I didn't have to go all the way back home to get my keys. Really nice guys working there

This company manages a property on my street and the property is in complete disrepair. Tall weeds and garbage in the front of the house, grass has not been mowed forever, trailer full of trash in the driveway, broken blinds showing through the window, pool with dirty, mosquito water just sitting there and the backyard looks like a junkyard. The house is currently empty, the tenant moved out about 2 months ago but the property was just as bad when the home was occupied. The owner lives out of state and either does not care or is unaware that this property management company is not doing its job. It is truly an eyesore and bringing down our property values.Maybe once the fire marshall and mosquito abatement people give the owner a violation he will clean this eyesore up.

There is no way Hacienda Plaza gets 5 stars as a review. We have rented here for some time. The managers never fix anything unless you threaten to either not pay the rent or call the owner. Then - when you call the owner the first question he asked was "Did you pay your rent?" The restrooms are often occupied by the homeless and numerous times has feces and needles left in them. The trash cans are often overflowing with refuse in the parking lot. They even had a drug dealer selling drugs out of one of the rented store fronts posing as a barber shop. When told about this, the building manager said "Well - it is legal now". We had to call the police to move them out. DO NOT RENT There.
