H2O Craft Rentals & Repair

I have rented a pontoon from these guys 2 times. Once in 2017 (old location) and this year. I can say both experiences were great. The first rental was an older boat. The second rental was a 2022 Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 DLX. We had a great time on both occasions. They will hook up the trailer upon arrival and detach upon returning. The staff is friendly and informative. They go over all that you need to rent, operate, and transport your rental. Just bring back the rental clean and unbroken with the tank full and you will have a smooth experience. Pick up took about an hour and returing took about 20min. I will be coming back here when I need to rent another craft. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service and great boats. Yorgo was super knowledgeable, and very patient with me and all my novice questions. Even answered the phone while I was on the water and needed some additional assistance. My family had a blast we will definitely be back!

Rented the centurion Enzo for the weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted right away. Signing rental agreement was easy and quick. The staff made sure the boat was very clean and organized. The staff and I did a thorough check list and inspection of the boat before we hooked it up to our truck. Overall it took about an hour to get the boat and get on the road. The boat ran great while we had it. We used it mainly for surfing and it put off a nice wake.Returning the boat took less than 15 min. It was quick and easy. Overall I would recommend this company and we plan on using them again in the future.

We stayed at Turtle Beach that has its private boat launch for the 4th of July weekend. We rented 2-3 person skis for $658 ea FRI-Mon.First launch they got algae wrapped around the prop and we called them to let them know we barely put them in the water and hadn't even used them when this happened. We had told them exactly where we'd be launching and riding and there are lots of other skis and boats riding around fine at Turtle Beach. Their response was you shouldn't be riding them in the algae and your liable for damages. Basically too bad it's your problem and now we lost a day, possibly the weekend. The next day we took the algae off the prop (had to remove then put back on) the plate that covers the prop to untangle the algae and put one back in the water. It worked and we got a day and a half out of it. After this they had the audacity to call and ask if we would bring them back Sunday night because they had them rented for the morning. After they didn't offer any help or money back for the loss of time they wanted us to bring them back early with no incentive to help them out. Needless to say we waited until Monday morning to bring them back and then were harassed about removing the prop cover because "they've NEVER had anyone have to do that before". They checked it all out and saw they were returned in the same condition we picked them up in and finally released our cc without even further charges. They also never gave us the registration papers for the trailer nor skis and luckily we didn't need them in the private dock and didn't get pulled over for it. I would NEVER recommend this place. Rent or BUY before you end up at the mercy of horrendous customer service and mediocre machines.7/7/20 UPDATE: Yorgo PM'd me "Unbelievable!!!" This is exactly what you will have to deal with. Cowards and greed.

I was browsing the Groupon specials one day and came across this deal. I remember earlier in the year when I was in Miami and saw waverunner rentals were $100/hr. Of course that's an overinflated price at a premium spot, but that still serves some reference for pricing.Since the Groupon was a 3-day offer, I decided to take a drive down there to see what kind of operation this was. I wasn't about to invest in buying this without a little bit of homework.I had the hardest time finding this little place. From the website, it looked like it was a nice brick-and-mortar shop with a sizable fleet. What I saw shocked me. It was nothing more than a chain link fence dirt lot with trailers of waverunners and a ski boat (see pic). Wow thank god I didn't buy the Groupon...I then spoke to Peter (the guy with the spiked hair) and he was just a cool, easy-to-get-along with kinda guy. He was very matter-of-fact about everything. I really appreciate honesty. This is the kinda shit that sways my vote. I'm down. I went home and bought the deal online. This weekend i decided to use it since the expiration date was Nov 1st and I'm not sure how many more warm weekends we're gonna have. I've dealt with Yorgo (the owner), Phil, and Peter and those guys were super nice and accomodating. Peter worked quickly to drop the watercraft in the marina for me and treated me like I was his best friend. I'll tell you what--this place has 0 curb appeal. What it DOES have is a nice fleet of watercraft and an awesome staff that's very accomodating especially to first time waverunners like myself. I'd definitely rent from these guys again. If you can get past the dirt lot and just focus on what you're getting, i'm sure you'll agree.Tip: Do NOT fill up your tank at the Tracy Oasis dock. Their prices are over $1/gallon more than at Discovery Bay.

Wonderful dat on the water with the captain!! Would love to rent with H20 again very soon!! The boats are very nice, clean and accommodating!

We have rented from H2O Craft for many years and the quality of the boats and the customer service is the best!! Highly recommend!

Went rented a Centurion ski boat from H2O Craft from July 31-Aug 8. Yorgo assisted us with the rental and was very professional and great to work with. Upon arriving to pick up the boat we went through the paperwork and received a detailed walk through of the boat. Dropping off the boat was quick and easy. We had zero issues with the boat and will definitely be back again for a rental in the future.

Great place to rent out Jetskis , staff is super helpful answering any questions, highly recommend
