Owner is extremely rude not sure how he thinks he can run a business being being like that with his customers. $80 a month for a basic jungle gym class you can go to jump air for way cheaper. He Cares about face masks being worn but doesn't take the time to sanitize equipment between classes??? Double standard and it's not like they're 6 feet apart so why not follow all CDC guidelines.

We have two children who attend GU- one in the girls 5-7 class, and the other in the Ninja program. My son (6) goes on and on about how strong and fast he is after class. He flexes his muscles, runs across the yard and shows how high he can jump to anyone who will watch... that is the work of his amazing coaches that build his confidence up every single week. My daughter is 5 years old. Coming to gymnastics every week has taught her so much more beyond the four apparatus of the sport- she has become patient, understanding, a friend and mostly CONFIDENT.

More than shocked by the way we were treated as customers. From the beginning walked in for our daughters class my mask was on but was not covering my nose when the employee approached me and asked me to cover my nose I responded with not a problem I'm going to step outside because I need to make a phone call anyways. After making my phone call outside I realize their rollup door was open so I could view my daughters practice from outside and not have to worry about the face mask on. At which .5 minutes later or so I noticed one of the employees pointing in my direction and conversation about me, then they proceeded to roll down the door from which I was viewing my daughter from outside of their facility. At this point I put my mask on and covered my nose completely and walked inside to ask why theyRolled down the door from which I was viewing my daughters practice from outside, they replied I was within 6 feet of the outside door without a mask on and that was not OK. I mentioned to the employee that we pay for our daughter to come here for gymnastics not to be scrutinized/harrassedFor a individual employees thoughts on if a mask should be worn outside of a facility while viewing their children practice.. more than thankful to other parents that witnessed this incident speak up in front of the employees and say it was out of line and I was outside of the building which did not make any sense..needless to say with the way we were treated and embarrassed we withdrew our child from this JUDGEMENTAL business!!! For all parents looking for a place for their kids to learn gymnastics there are plenty of other options in the area.

My cousin and I have been looking for a gymnastics place for our 4 girls. We called Gymnastics's Unlimited to see if they had enough spots for them all. When we called the woman who answered was very rude right off the bat. She made sure that we knew that everyone would be wearing masks at all times, above the nose and that the children's masks need to "fit perfectly" and that payments would be auto paid. Okay, their rules about the masks, but forcing someone to chose auto pay? We said that's fine. Then she goes to say one adult per family is allowed in and we said that we had other children that would need to come with us, my cousin has a 9 year old and I have a 3 year old and baby. She said VERY rudely, "well are they well behaved? The 9 year old can just sit in a corner and read a book and the other ones can just sit on the moms lap... although we prefer they didn't come." At this point we said we would rather the girls not do gymnastics than to give our business to Gymnastics Unlimited. Once we hung up we called Funtastic's Gymnastics in Manteca and the customer service was the complete opposite from this place. They had a class for our girls and they do not need to wear masks while practicing and our other children are welcome to come to practice with us! Maybe if the times were different, we would have gone to Gymnastics Unlimited, but they definitely seem to be the mask police, power trippers and overall just rude people.

As the owner of another gymnastics facility in town, I need to give big props to our friends at Gymnastics Unlimited. After an alarming night of burglary at Gymnastics Unlimited and another gym in town, the good people at Unlimited called us up to give us fair warning! Taking the time to look out for a competitor just goes above and beyond. It demonstrates that they, like us, care more about the sport and the kids in it than any imaginary rivalry. Paul has put together a good team and we are proud to count ourselves among them as allies in delivering the best to the kids of our community. Thank you Gymnastics Unlimited! ~Chris from GymStars Modesto.

My son has been enrolled in classes here for a year and a half. Love the instructors! Coach David is awesome with the boys. He works with each kid at his level and is very encouraging and pleasant.Only complaint is about the gym owner. He is quite full of himself...as evident by the life-size cut-out of himself in the gym!?? My son is very good at gymnastics and should be on the competitive team, but was told he couldn't be when we told the gym he wouldn't participate on Sundays due to religious values. He would have missed only two meets. He had no choice but to continue with his one day a week class. It's very limiting and causes my son to feel like somewhat of an outsider with the other boys who are now on the comp team. The owner could be more accommodating.

We were at GU for almost 7 years. All 4 of my kids attended. (Which was not cheap) My two oldest competed, one on the girls excel team and the other on the boys team. My youngest 2 just attended weekly classes. I've waited about 6 months to post my experience to take emotion out. I am very disappointed on how they operate. The management is extremely rude and I feel only care about money. We left because we felt our kids were not getting the proper training for what we were paying and moved on to a wonderful gym in Tracy. This is not to talk bad about their coaches, my kids loved their coaches and were very sad to leave but unfortunately we felt the need to move on for better training. When we let the office know we were leaving there was not one time they asked us why or tried to keep us, they just said okay. I wish the circumstances were different but unfortunately they were not. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

How are there no reviews of this place? We have been very happy with our gymnastics classes here. Larry is marvelous with my squirrely 11 year old boy, and my 9 year old daughter has liked Courtney and Halen both. The kids get good instruction and I can see them getting stronger and better every week.

All of the reviews are correct. The ONLY reason I continue to bring my daughter here is because she loves it. However the management is rude and has terrible customer service. Linda at the front desk makes it such an a uncomfortable environment I literally hate walking past her because she will find something wrong. God forbid you ask her a question, she speaks to you like you're an idiot. When a staff member is not scolding you, there are signs posted all over the windows yelling at you making it hard to see our children perform. Surely GU- you can find a better place for your 35 signs rather than on the glass in front of my chair where I'm trying to watch my child. We've been here for 7 months and the price has increased twice already. The two coaches we've had so far (Sierra and Kayleena) have been wonderful. I have zero complains about them. My daughter loves them and that is pretty much the only reason we are still here. Would never recommend this business because of Linda and the management team.
