Gus helped me purchase a home in Stockton. He was very thorough about the process and was available by phone or text if I had any questions. During the home inspection that he suggested, we found minor things that needed to be done. Gus was able to negotiate some cash back so I did not have out of pocket expenses.Overall, Gus provided a great and smooth home buying experience. I have plans on using Gus again when I sell my home and purchase a new one.

I honestly don't even know where to start. 1) not good at his job - was helping us sell a house and was in escrow 3 times and all 3 times the escrows were dropped. We were in escrow for 30 days with one buyer and they were still able to drop scotch free. If you don't already know this, that's very unusual because that's how long it takes to close but they were able to drop out and paid no deposit. 2) Gus is dishonest - he told us the reasons why 2 of the buyers dropped was because of the neighbor's dogs. That may be the case but we found it odd because he if potential buyers went to look at the home to look, they would have seen how the dogs reacted and would not have put in an offer. But they did put in the offer and we're in escrow for 30 days and 1 day. The 3rd escrow that dropped out we weren't sure of why. WE WERE ALWAYS IN THE DARK OF WHAT WAS GOING ON.We found another realtor who was able to sell the house. I definitely cannot recommend Gus to anyone.Sun. March 18 - response to the Gus' response: You definitely did not give good advice and was aware of the permits not being up to par and still did not advise him to get them nor did you disclose this to the potential buyers. Also, those were not the reasons for the house not selling according to you. It is a realtor's responsibility to make sure the code of ethics is being kept, not the seller who may not know the policies and laws. Why else do we hire realtors? There is no need for any communication with me as I am not on the deed. Eventually the permits were taken care of in order to sell the house, which this should have been advised to do so in the first place.

Especially with this weather being so hot I was so grateful. Thank you! Gus setup a game plan for my dream home and he executed with precision and went above and beyond. He was respectful and mindful of my needs and wants. It was my first time buying a home and the process was so seamless! A month in and it's been the best investment I've ever made yet. Gus was very helpful in helping us find our home, through the purchase of our home, and after purchasing our home. Mind you he also sold our home within the time frame that we needed to sell our home in order to purchase our new home.
