Came to this range for the first time today with my husband and we had a great time! The guy at the counter was super helpful and funny (his name is JAY). The experience we had was great and we will be coming back. Thank you!

Way overpriced, I brought a firearm in that I purchased, the trigger assembly fell apart as I was cleaning it. I asked for help, I simply asked if they could put it back together or tell me how to do it. It was a basic firearm. a 22 rifle, I was told to come at a certain time, after 230pm bc of a shift change. After showing up, no one could help me, the experience was not there. In fact they told me to look it up online, after taking my firearm assembly further apart. No expert service. Def not for the pricing they are asking. Better off purchasing online.

I haven't been here as much as I used to, but today I had a rough day at work. So I went to the range to blow off some steam and calibrate my firearms. The best part was speaking with the range masters, Jay and Jeff. I asked them for advice on leadership, which related to my concerns. They listened and gave me some advice since we are all veterans. Besides all that, the shooting range itself is nice, and they prioritize safety, which is very important. They even gave me a warning for rapid fire that I wasn't aware I was doing. But it's okay with me because it's for safety reasons. I'll definitely come back regularly--this place is awesome. Give those two a medal.

According to the older Filipino gentlemen with the forearm tattoos, you need the original OEM magazine(s) that came with the firearm in order to initiate a PPT. What happens if it's a firearm sold as-is without magazines? Needless to say, I would not recommend wasting gas in this economy to come here.

Poor customer service. I called to speak to Kevin and was on hold 20 minutes I drove there to see Kevin at the store and was told he was fixing the heater and would be with me momentarily. After 30 minutes, he came out to look at the thermostat and completely ignored me. Right in front of him I told the clerk that I would come back when they're not so busy. He didn't respond and kept playing with the thermostat. I won't be going back. after spending tens of thousands of dollars there over the decades, I have to say that this wasn't the first time that their customer service has been lacking.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Clean lanes and restrooms. Was able to take my son and wife here, and made a family day out of the experience. Hopefully they are able to expand the range area. I recommend this facility to anyone in Solano County.

My honey and I are African American. We went here on Valentines day 2025. Which is today. We wanted to shoot some guns at the range. We signed our name to be on the waiting list. We then got on the blue elevator to go up to the 3rd floor to look at some rifles. The Caucasian man in back by the encased rifles mugged from the moment we walked to the gun selection. We asked him which guns would be best to shoot for beginners, this man we was rude , didn't want to answer our questions and was a straight up racist. Treated us like were dumb and stupid. Its clear that he did not want us speaking to him. He sat there and would not help us. I couldent believe the lack of customer service. If you are a black person find another range to go to. This was clearly not cool. I began to feel very uncomfortable. Our money spends just like everyone elses. I wish this racism stuff will just fade away.

I'm new to guns. Loved the help I received, not sure of his name. I think it was James he was downstairs he was soooo freaking helpful along with the other guy didn't get his name. He had on a plaid red shirt. The guy upstairs amazing. I will be back

I hate to see all of the bad customer service reviews on here but I get it. I have had good and bad experiences here. I went today and I do feel like they are working on the customer service piece. I had to go in the store and the man who helped me upstairs was very kind and helpful, the man at the ammo counter was friendly and the range guys were extremely helpful. I felt comfortable and not intimidated like I had in the past. I hope they keep this trend going. It's a great store with a lot of merchandise. I just wish the customer service was consistent. Today was awesome though.

Read the reviews, should have paid attention. I was directed to 2 wrong locations to wait in line for 20 minutes from them to tell me it was a 45 minute wait when there was only 1 lane left and they knew that. Waste of time.
