Groundstack Coffee

I've loved coming here since they opened. Seeing them grow as a shop has been great! The service is getting faster every time we go. The owner is super friendly and genuinely cares about the coffee he serves. The shop has a very aesthetic vibe to it. Nice for a coffee and chat. My family and I come here often. I'd have to say we've at least tired each coffee on the menu once. Their cold brew is the best I've had in town. I do like hammered and it's march as well.

Groundstack Coffee is a fantastic spot for coffee lovers! The warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff make it an ideal place. The coffee is exceptional--smooth, rich, and clearly crafted with care. Whether it's a classic coffee or one of their creative specialty drinks, everything is top-notch. I liked how when I walked in they asked if I had any questions about their menu. A plus!It's a great spot to hang out or get some work done in a calm and cozy environment.Parking can be a bit tricky with the busy Pacific Avenue traffic, but once you're inside, it's well worth the effort. This is definitely a spot I'll be visiting again and again!

My new favorite go to spot!!!!I ordered the hammered with Oatmilk! It never misses! The coffee shop is always clean, love their little library they have in corner there! You can always tell the barista what you like and they will suggest a coffee to your liking!

Solid coffee spot! I'm sad they were out of their matcha but I opted to tried their Lorenzo brew iced as well as their recommendation of "Ben's favorite" also iced. The Lorenzo was solid, nice and strong. The Ben's favorite was not something I would personally choose but it was a good light flavor and I can totally see why it is a favorite for many. The worker was so kind and almost overwhelmed me with options but his passion for his work shined through and as I told him I would rather have more options than less! In my chat with him I did learn their inspiration is Philz coffee and I can completely taste that in their Ben's favorite (it was ever so slightly reminiscent of their Philtered Soul). If you find yourself in the area I recommend you check them out!

I was looking to pick up coffee around Stockton and came across Groundstack Coffee. After reading impressive reviews on Yelp, decided to give it a try. Parking was super easy to find outside the coffee shop.It turned out to be one of the best coffees I have had - great cafe, chatted with the owner who recommended a few options. Tried Hanmered, and wow! Very impressive drink with macadamia and coconut flakes.The uniqueness is the french press is made fresh with flavors from real nuts, spices etc - you can actually taste it vs the syrups with loads of sugar. The cafe had good seating to get some work done. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

I had a decaf latte here as a quick little treat with one of their syrups ! I like sweet drinks and barista was helpful and patient with recommendations. They also offer bites but I did not get the chance to try. Service was quick. I like the set up they have in here. It is simple but cozy . Definitely worth a visit !

It's a small business with a chill vibe inside if you want to do some studying, or even just get out the house. The workers were nice and helped me decide on what to get based on my taste. It didn't taste artificial at all, which is what they're known for. A great spot for coffee lovers! Especially those who enjoy the bitter-ness of the beans!

Impeccable, local coffee!I first found out about Groundstack Coffee when browsing DoorDash. I tried the Sunset cold brew (chocolate and nutmeg notes) and its decadent flavor caught me by surprise! Literally said "holy sh*t" when taking the first sip. I stopped by in person twice now, parking has been easy to find! The shop itself is tidy and spacious, with a detailed menu describing exactly what each items are.Mark is great, it was nice to conversate with him about coffee and learning more about the shop.I tend to make the long drive to other cities just to get good coffee, so I'm grateful that we have Groundstack Coffee right here in Stockton! I highly recommend checking this spot out if you're big into coffee! I'm absolutely going to be a regular moving forward.

They specialize in French press and wow ! It was delicious . They don't use artificial sweeteners or syrups which is such a plus! They infuse their coffee for the variations of flavors. It does take them some time to prepare your order due to the process but worth the wait. The only downside was the coffee was lukewarm so you need to drink it fast before it gets cold. A must try coffee shop in town

The best coffee spot in Stockton! I visited my friend and she took me here. Mark was also super sweet and friendly. I'm definitely coming back.
