Grizzly Island Trail

It's a heterogenous mix of street and swamp and I'm here for it. It's truly a relaxing job that you can still feel an urban and rural atmosphere.

I don't go here nearly as much as my better half, but he loves it & goes often 2 mainly fish. I've been here several times & it is always beautiful, esp when I see wildlife. Don't forget sunblock & insect repellent, esp 4 the kids!!!

Nothing too special about the trail. Nothing much to see except the highway on one side and tall grass on the other. Trail is short, clean and well maintained. Plenty of trash cans and a few benches. There is only a single water fountain, not that I'd used it as I don't trust public fountains. I would take the trail again if I felt like wanting to take a walk into downtown Suisun. Would like to take a look at the place again when the waters rise (if ever), there was lots of minnows in the pools of water, more than I've ever seen anywhere, so I'd like to this that the habitat has been good for the animals in the area.

Hmmmmmm dry . Waste of my time driving there. honestly this is not really a trail . Do not recommend going if you want to hike with a going hiking view .
