Grazing Gouda

My friends and I had been wanting to take a charcuterie board class for a while now and we were so happy that we took it with Marina! She was so fun and personable and really made the class engaging and interactive.HOLIDAY UPDATE: Obviously we're no experts after one class, but my friend (shoutout Emma) and I made a charcuterie board for Christmas and we f'ing killed it lmao!10/10 would recommend!

This was one of the best classes I've ever been to!!! Marina was very patient with all 60 of us (1st timers) she explained how to do everything slowly so that we could get it. She even walked around with her board so that everyone could see her sample. The venue was a local bar, that completely transformed into a great classroom. I would definitely recommend taking her class. I would definitely attend any other event that she hosts. Thank you again Marina!!!!

I got a amazing charcuterie board for a party. Great success! Meat, cheese, fruit and crackers were all amazing. Everything tasted great and was fun to try all the different tastes. This board made the party, so much better than just chips and dips. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Marina created an amazing customized X-Large board for my daughter's "Over the Moon" baby shower that included a Brie crescent moon, cheese stars, and pink flowers (she's having twin girls). It was beautiful, delicious, and the hit of our gourmet happy hour offerings. Leftovers were packed into plastic "thank you" cups and given to guests as an extra party favor. Perfect!!

If you ever need a delicious plate of food that will not only satisfy your eye but also your tummies, you've got to contact grazing Gouda. She's amazing at what she does, her ability to pair different cheeses with meats and sides creating an explosion of flavor in your mouth is amazing! She responds quick and is always respectful and does her best to fulfill your needs. Her service is amazing.

Loved love the food. The fruit was fresh and crisp. The grazing board was amazing and plentiful for all. GG was very professional, responsive I highly recommend them for any event.

While planning a going away party for my daughter I knew I wanted a beautiful charcuterie board, but also knew I wasn't talented enough to make one. I ordered from Grazing Gouda and it could not have been more perfect. I am keeping Marina on speed dial for all future parties. My picture does not do it justice I promise.

We have been ordering from GG for a few years now and it never ever not once disappoints. From the moment it is set on the counter people are scrambling to dig in, not only are the boards absolutely beautiful but they are delicious. She always has THE best cheeses, freshest fruits, etc....we are always surprised to find a new cheese we have never had before. Don't look any further, you've found the charcuterie queen!

Marina is an absolute gem and if you are considering a course in charcuterie making, you will not be disappointed. She was the most flexible and accomodating guide! We learned a lot and had lots of fun doing it. We were a group of 11 business associates and we did this as a holiday gathering and it was a hit with all. No one walked away disappointed. Thank you Marina for being gracious and kind and lots of fun.

Their food is beautiful!! I was so happy when it arrived for our Corporate event as it was the first time using them and I was so thankful for the quality and beauty of their "pieces of art." Their food is so inviting and the long boards (which can't be put in a refrigerator due to size) are insulated to keep cool until the party begins. I would highly recommend them.
