This hall has everything you may need for your event EXCEPT A KITCHEN, besides that, there are tables & chairs are there already .

We attended my little brother's wedding here this past weekend! It's a simple venue, straight to the point and intimate. The wedding was about 75 people, which fit well in the space with tables and a dance floor. The location is across the parking lot from the Inn and has a bar within the same parking lot. You do have to take out your trash to the dumpsters. No frills spot with a good location if that's what you are looking for.

Avoid This Venue!!!The location may be prime, but don't be fooled. Here's what you should know before booking:1. Dirty Floors: I wiped the floor with a tissue, and it was disgusting. If you're planning a wedding here, your beautiful dress will likely end up black by the end of the event.2. Hidden Cleaning Fees: They charge $350 for cleaning, but this doesn't cover anything. You'll end up carrying your own trash to the dumpster. Be prepared for extra charges on top of that.3. Broken Tables: Inspect the tables closely before you book. Many of them are in poor condition.4. Poor Lighting: Most of the lights don't work, which is a nightmare for photography.5. Terrible Customer Support: Megan, the receptionist, is particularly unhelpful. She doesn't respond to messages, emails, or phone calls, and is rarely in the office. A bad employee can ruin a business.Save yourself the trouble--look elsewhere for your event. This venue is very reasonable in price to do an event for 100 people. And looks nice inside. It has bathrooms and a drinking fountain, along with the ability to rent various media options like a tv and sound system for speaking which was great quality. They have tables and chairs included, but the chairs that are included are absolutely filthy so I would rent the upgraded option, if you care about that. The bathrooms are nice looking but they smell funny so bring something to freshen them up. There is a refrigerator available for use, but no kitchen so you would need to plan ahead for that if you are doing food, especially if you need to wash any dishes out. Definitely bring paper towels. Temperature was easy to control. Easy to enter facility. Windows were filthy and there were tons of spider webs on the exterior. I had asked that they be cleaned ahead of time but they weren't, so luckily I brought my own stuff to clean it. We were pleased with it overall because of the price point.

i recently rented this facility and it was amazing! The venue was very nice and working with the staff was easy. I highly recommend this venue for your next event!

This was an awesome place to have our rehearsal lunch for my son's wedding. The price was very reasonable, and looked brand new, tables were perfect sizes, restrooms were beautifully clean and updated. The staff were So helpful, exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!
