It's such a cute place to take the kids on a hot day! I really appreciated the fact that there were 2-3 lifeguards at all times!

We always enjoy being here!! The facility is clean and well maintained. In addition, the staff are professional and pleasant. They have a snack store but are ok with people bringing in their own food items.

Our experience here was okay. I like that this place was closer to home. This is not your usual big waterpark. It is smaller. But smaller means less people less crowd. Which was perfectly fine in my case with little kids. Entrance fee affordable. Any child under 3 I believe needs to have a swim diaper. They do provide some for a few bucks. Now here it why I feel a star or two should be taken out.. "NO LIFEJACKET" I don't understand this. I was quite annoyed but the lady in the front desk explained why so I was fine with it. It is to prevent parents from leaving their kids unattended. But we got to a point where my child needed the life jacket. Just guarding my child & staying right by my child's side was not enough. A life jacket was a must because my child is autistic & wouldn't let me hold onto him because he wanted to swim freely. So I was left with no choice but to asked the lady in the front desk & explained my situation. I felt bad because there were many parents with young children that I knew would have wanted the lifejacket too. Thankfully I got an approval from the supervisor. Although I've gotten the approval, I had three lifeguards at three different time came up & mention about the no life jacket policy. First a young lady said I couldn't then I said I got an approval & she responded, "I'm pretty sure you can't have the lifejacket" as if I was lying. 2nd young man was very kind. 3rd time was a group of lifeguards & I heard them mumbling so I kinda had a glue someone was going to approach me. Ta da, a man finally said "no lifejacket" then I said for the third time, "I got an approval." I can tell they were doing some shit talking but I couldn't care to bother. Also, the lifeguards were too strict. Funny thing was, a bunch of kids jumping in & out the stairway and no one said a thing. But the moment my child was hanging onto his daddy's back & his daddy walked back & forth, one lifeguard said "no piggy back." They were more worried about a piggy back then some kids running jumping in & out the pool. What a joke. Some of the cons:-Barely any shade. Bring your own tent or umbrella. -Vending machines were out of order. -No food/snacks -Lifeguards were not very friendly Overall experience was ehh.. won't be coming back.
