Goodstock Productions is the wedding planning dream team! I'm a girl with a vision, who does all the dinner parties and events in her spare time. It's no secret I've been been imagining my wedding for years. Finding someone who could bring our vision to life while being a calming, reliable presence was so important--and Amy and her team nailed it.Amy is everything you'd want in a planner: calm, decisive, and effortlessly cool. She listened to what we wanted and made the entire process feel manageable and exciting. Anna and Priscilla were absolutely incredible--they handled every detail with care and worked so hard to make our Nevada City wedding seamless.We had a wedding filled with personal touches and little details, and Goodstock Productions made it all happen. I would trust Amy and her team with any event--especially the big ones. They're organized, professional and such a joy to work with. Honestly, I'm already looking for an excuse to work with them again!

I seriously cannot stop raving about this team! First off, if you're getting married.....get the coordinator AND CHOOSE GOODSTOCK! Seriously, just do it! I decided to go with a customized partial planning package. They are super flexible and can really create a package that makes the most sense for you and your budget! Let's be real planning a wedding is stressful. However, from start to finish, Amy and Anna were so sweet, super cool, and extremely professional. And honestly, from the very first conversation, I could tell that they KNOW what they're doing and have been in the industry for a while. Not to mention, they were really helpful with providing affordable recommendations and vendors they trust and have worked with in the past. Anna was our main point of contact throughout the process and she will hold such a special place in my heart! SHE WAS THE BOMB!!!!! She help with soooooo much from creating the timeline, continually updating the timeline as needed, getting in touch with vendors, keeping them in the know, following up with them as needed, asking important questions I didn't even think of during the venue walk through, handling all of the day of chaos, having a drink and snacks ready for me and my husband after the ceremony, putting rental decor away at the end of the night and there's probably a million other things I'm not even aware of that she handled because Anna & the team made sure my husband and I could truly enjoy the day!Having Goodstock support us and coordinate everything truly put my mind at ease leading up to the wedding day and day of. I am so grateful I choose them and highly highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!

I have to say that working with Amy and her team is a pleasure. Her organizational skills keep everything flowing nicely throughout the event. Recently worked with Amy and her team as a fellow vendor at a wedding at The Willow Ballroom. They were incredibly well prepared, professional, and had a calm demeanor (I do NOT say this about all wedding planners). They helped bring their clients vision to life and as a fellow vendor helped the day flow well and gave me everything I needed to ensure that our clients had the best day ever, highly recommend!

For a couple that was very on the fence of hiring a planner/coordinator, we were so glad we hired Amy and the Goodstock team! From the beginning of the planning process, Amy was so attentive to what we wanted. We gave them our vision and they sourced the best rentals and decor for the occasion; our boho glam wedding! The best part- our cake delivery was late and we did not even know because the Goodstock team handled it seamlessly! Thank you again, goodstock team!

It was truly wonderful working along side Amy and her staff this past weekend. They were able to supply us with all the information prior to the event and the day of. Amy and the Goodstock team helped us coordinate our wedding 11-4-23. They were A M A Z I N G!!! Amy was so detailed from day 1. We weren't sure what package to go with, that they offered, so they made a custom package for us that fit our budget. Amy was ALWAYS so quick to respond to our text, phone calls, and emails throughout the whole year of the planning process. If she was busy with another client or out of town there was always the other Goodstock team employees that we could reach out to. They also have a preferred vendor list that helped us so much, and all of their vendors were great! We would recommend Goodstock over and over again! Amy, Prescilla, Anna, and karissa were so great the day of! My beaded dress strap broke and they had me all fixed up in 5 minutes! Everything went so smooth and just perfect with all their team work and how they paid attention to detail throughout the whole process. Thank you ladies, you were a pleasure to work with and we are so blessed we found you!!!

They assisted with developing timelines, keeping me and my husband on schedule via reminders, researched, coordinated and communicated with vendors and the venue, offered ideas and suggestions based on my vision/Pinterest Board, and most importantly, ensured our wedding day was beautiful and went seamless, without any worries for my husband or I (and I am a notorious worrywart/anxious/stressed out control freak). Everything you could think of that is involved in planning a wedding/event, they can help with, and have a package that works with your needs. I couldn't have planned this wedding without them. Goodstock is one of a kind team and I can't recommend them enough! Sharing some notable things from the day of that shows that the Goodstock team goes above and beyond for their clients. When my ring bearer arrived and opened up his suit, the place he rented it from forgot to put his jacket in there. Ana, one of the Goodstock team members, let him borrow her blazer for the ceremony, even though it was pretty chilly. She did not have to do that, but graciously did. When Amy came to check on me, my mom and my bridal party getting ready, she noticed a wrinkle in my dress and immediately offered to steam it out, as well as my moms dress. Amy and Ana noticed my dress was not bustled as we were about to make our enterance for the reception. They asked if I wanted it bustled and offered to do it for me. Lastly, Amy, Prescilla and Ana did an amazing job with setting up all the decor and signs, including the welcome sign/table, the reception, the dessert bar and our memorial with those we have lost. All of it was beyond beautiful and were exactly what I had envisioned. Having Goodstock's partnership through the last year of wedding planning and on the day of allowed me to enjoy the process, to not feel stressed out or get overwhelmed, and to be fully present on my wedding day. They are trustworthy, patient, highly skilled, kind, and an amazing group of ladies. I wish I could have another wedding just to work with them again! We love you, Goodstock Productions!!

Highly, highly recommend Goodstock Productions. From the consult call to the very end of the night, Anna, Amy, and the entire Goodstock team were prompt, professional, and filled in every little gap we never would've thought of. What we appreciated most was that from the beginning, they got to know us as individuals and as a couple and what we envisioned for our wedding day. The end result was a ceremony and party that felt like we designed it with their seamless professional touches added, instead of it being their type of party with a few of our touches added to it. But don't let that fool anyone, they were the tracks to our train! We went for the complete planning package with them and it was worth every dollar! When they say wedding planners aren't just day of - it's true. They asked the right questions of our vendors, stayed on top of communication and planning with them, kept us on track with DIY projects, reminded us of our "why" as things got closer, and handled everything in a timely, professional manner that honestly blew us away. The weather for our outdoor wedding also took a turn a few days before and our beautiful rainy day was sandwiched between two (also beautiful) sunny days - but they planned, prepped, and made magic happen even with the wind and rain for our April 2024 wedding! Anna and Amy and Goodstock Team - there aren't enough "Thank You!" cards to say how much we appreciate you. If you are one of those people sifting through reviews wondering who to book with, you've settled into a really good one here :) We highly recommend their eclectic, energized, peaceful presence and will absolutely book with them again for any future events!

If there was one review I could give an infinite amount of stars to, it'd definitely be for Goodstock Productions. The attached pictures don't do full justice of what Amy and her team are capable of, these are just a fraction of the quality and level of service they've provided for my husband and I.At the beginning, my partner and I thought we'd be okay planning our wedding ourselves while working full-time and going back to school. After a month of planning, we knew we definitely needed a lot more help. We were referred to talk to Goodstock from a coworker and we are so glad we went with hiring Amy and her wonderful team to help us out with our big day! After interviewing a couple other of wedding planners, what ultimately sold us on hiring Goodstock is that they were willing to work with our limited budget to execute a really nice, but affordable celebration. My partner and I were shocked when other wedding planners said that they would only be willing to work with us if we were to up our budget by at least $10-20k! Throughout the whole planning process, Amy and her team have been super open with communicating with us and answering our every question. Imagine working with your BFFs and getting so much done. That's what working with Goodstock felt like and they were SO organized. They also handled all the vendor communication, which was such a big weight lifted off our shoulders since we were working with a good amount of businesses. My partner and I had a blast at our wedding and even our guests raved about how they loved every moment of it. We were not stressed at all during the big day or really any part of the planning process thanks to Amy and her team. We were a little sad when the party concluded, mainly because that meant we wouldn't be communicating with Amy and her team as much. Everyone on her team is so amazingly wonderful and super friendly! We will miss working with the great team but will definitely keep them in mind for whenever my partner and I are either ready to plan another fun event (maybe a baby shower??) or in the Stockton area to say hello.
