Good Times Restaurant

Twice we have gone to eat there and they were closed before their advertised time of 9pm. It clearly states their hours on their door as well as online. Once was 8pm and they were closed and then today they closed at 7:30pm. Doors were unlocked both times and we walked in only to be told they were closed.We will never go back as we can't trust that they are open. There aren't very many food choices out here. We ended up driving to Patterson and ate wonderful Chinese Food.

Noo good very dissatisfied. Food I order comes cold and no flavor in the food. Plain. Service is good and place looks clean but needs more work on some dishes.

You guys should've been closed I found maggots in my food and when I was working there they had roaches running around and a big rat in the back where they stored the cups and etc

The food can be a hit or miss honestly. I'm just here to mention the lack of air conditioning in the summer. You start sweating the second you enter the building and you're not the entire time you're there eating. There's no air flow whatsoever and that does suck just a bit. Owners are absolutely sweet people and I love them I just wish the air conditioning was a thing that worked.

Since when do we have to "request " chili sauce ?? And if it isn't automatically included anymore why not "Offer" it ? That's your job . What kind of customer service is that? This is one of the best local Chinese spots been a local over 20 years and I never experienced horrible customer service from there till today. Sorry Good times but your employees are rude ! Maybe need to teach them proper customer service .

So I thought I would try this place. There chinese food sucks. Don't waste your money. Won't be going back to this place. Definitely not worth the money.

Friendly people and good food. Fast and convenient delivery too for the days you don't want to go out.

When calling in to order a rather large order early on a Friday evening, I was told they were out of two of the first three items I wanted. The lady on the phone acted like she was in a hurry and could care less. when I said to cancel the order since they don't have what everyone wants, all she could say was okay, have a good one and hung up on me. Doesn't seem like very good business practice to all of us. Not sure I'll be doing much business with them after this .

The best chicken chow main / sweet and sour chicken I ever had!! I've been to all the Chinese restaurants around the Westside ,trust me this is the best
